This site was created by me, Rachel, in December 2000 when I was 12 years old.  I live in the USA, and i LOVE the Japanese anime Sailormoon. well, i like making webpages to, so I decided to make this site!  I hope you enjoy surfing it as much as I enjoyed making it!  Also, I give my regards to Cool Page, the page builder of this site.
