Poetic Paradise
Let me be,
On my pedestal of wishes and glitter.
And I shall never leave you,
As long as you leave me to my thinking.

My mind carries it's own pen,
so my hands are never necessary.

I will just sit here,
Marveling at me feet and the way they connect with the Earth.

I trace my reflection in the water,
And watch as it tries to run away from my fingers,
But falls in love with them instead.

The faeries and nymphs tie lilies in my hair and rosy my cheeks with berries.

I swim in the soft waves of the lagoon,
Watching the dreamers lick their lips at the bank.

I can smell the sweet perfume of my lovers
  swaying in the breeze,

This life is just what it should be and all is well.
