Cultivate benevolence of spirit....
.....acceptance of what "is".....
as part of the perfection that cannot fail to manifest.
Allow the fear and anxiety that surrounds you
to fall away.... slide it off your shoulders
like a cloak and
allow it to drain away... back into the earth
Now do whatever makes you feel happy....
grateful and expansive...... and allow these
feelings to manifest as a cloak about your shoulders
warm and secure.....
