To Love a Faerie
To love a Faerie
is a difficult task
The impossible is all of you,
they will ask
You must
run full speed
While standing still
Leap into the sky
without your feel leaving the hill
Faerie love
is deep and pure
But
never solid
or secure
Like a bubble
floating with the breeze
Indefinable and elusive
as a
butterfly sneeze
Never try to touch a Faerie
that you
love
The threat of your touch
will be a fearful shove
That will send The Faerie
upon her way
Looking for
other meadows in which
to run and play
Just accept that
She is willing to give
Her love
as long as
you live.
