Rules
Believe it or not, council has rules...It's better this way! This way you know you can rely on your fellow council members! Isn't it such a warm and fuzzy feeling? :3

For the Council

• Try updating at least once every week
  
• Before taking a break from Neopets or going on a trip, tell us
  
• You MUST help get neopoints!
  
• You MUST respect fellow council members!
  
• You MUST respect guild members!
  
• Do NOT abuse your powers!
  
• If you are found stealing from the guild account you will be removed and blocked!
  
• Before making a desicion, please notify the other council members and take into consideration their input, suggestions, and ideas
  
• If you are found breaking any rules in the guild, you will get one warning!
  
• You CANNOT force someone to do something they don't want to do
  
• The council is a body that organizes the guild and keeps it in order. The council all share equal powers and no one member is better than the other.
  

**If ANY of these rules are broken you will get 1 warning, after that you are removed from the council and returned to the beginning rank!**


Rules for Applying For Council:

• You must be able to list the things you can do
  
• You must be trustful
  
• You should be able to list at least 2 important things you could do for the guild.
  
• Don't just say in your appilcation: "Hey! It's me so-and-so!! I wanna be in the council! :D"
  
• You can't be a guild hopper o.O;
  
• No begging
  
• Gotta do your job and be serious and confident
  
• You must type somewhat good. Don't chat speak (example: hi i am vry nice and kewl!!!!!!1111 can i be in ur counsel????????///)
  
• No n00bs
  
• Must know html!
  

**If you do not have one of the above, then you will be corrected once, after that {if mistakes are still found} your application will be ignored!**
