Fidlanna
The Fidlanna, or Faery Lots, are a basic system of divination. This system is used for simple questions. This system is mainly for day to day advice not for spirituality or growth. Generally, the lots are handmade, consisting of four staves of wood that are an inch in width and approximately three quarters the length of your palm. There are two sides to the lots. One side contains a single emblem and the other side contains two emblems:
This side indicates 'Down'
This indicates 'Up'
After the lots are made, draw a celtic cross on all four of them with a scrying oil. To properly devine with the lots you will need:~A casting cloth made of silk, any color, no pattern
~1 White candle
~Scrying incense
Casting The Fidlanna
Place the casting cloth before you, light the candle and incense and begin to ground and center yourself. Concentrate on the question you desire guidance with. Form the question clearly in your mind. When this is done, take the lots in both hands and recite the following chant: Cernunnos, Hear My Call

If your question requires a simple Yes or No answer instead of casting all four of the lots cast one. If the lot appears 'Up' the answer is Yes. If it appears 'Down' the answer is No
