If you desire to learn about the will, spirit, vitality or lack thereof, passion, desire, anger, healing or excesses, then acquiring the ability to Fire Gaze will be of great significance to you. As you have been practicing the No- Mind Meditation for the past three moons, this exercise may come a bit easier to you who have been diligent. To begin, the room must be completely dark, except for the candle flame you intend to gaze upon. Sit before the candle flame, allowing all your attention to fall totally onto the flame and recite the following chant: "Power Flame dancing boldly in the night Still focusing on the flame allow yourself to settle into a state of no-mind. At that point an image shall present itself amidst the dancing flame. Your intuition will aid you in deciphering the meaning of the images that appear. This exercise is enhanced with the use of your divination crystal. |
