He was the last of the Dragon Highlords of the Mountain Lair. The only offspring born of Kisslin SunShark and The Dark Knight Lord Shawn Lupine.. His soul had been born enmeshed with that of another. One of the Dark Queen's own spawn Tyk'iamate had been introduced into his blood in the hopes that Abyss would take his mother's place as Blue Highlord, more so to meet the Dark Queen's agenda then his mother's. But then even carefully laid plans can go awry. This intervention infused the young AbyssSpark from an early age with the Blood of all dragons.

During his time in Rhydin recouping from battle wounds... He met and married Lady Shairel Ux'Kylsavyxxx Sse'Roca, She birthed him a healthy son Kelashin and was preparing to lay another child upon the sands... But before the new egg was laid, he was called off once more to battle... AbyssSpark had survived the onslaught in the Skies over Dragon's Mount... returning from the Great War years later. His heavy heart finding nothing left of the warmth he had hoped to find upon his return... Instead of a loving wife, and contented children, His wandering eyes only met an empty hollow den, lost in the absence of time and forgotten. But there within the gloom was still a small glimmer of hope. The lone egg still waited untended and unmarred. Taking this precious bit of his life with him, he took great care in steeling it away to his late mother's lair. (She had been lost in the very war he had returned from) There within those caverns he placed the egg, setting it upon the heated sands. When it became apparent that the egg would not hatch on its own, Abyss raised his sword bringing it down with a shuddering crash shattering the shell. So that he might release his daughter from the confines. She was all that was left to him in this world after his own mother's death. And his wife's abandonment...

His mother was brought back to him through the efforts of another. Bless their Souls, Kisslin now resides within the Dragon’s Tower, keeper of the dragon gates that bind Dragons Mt to the other worlds and realms. His wife had been return to take her place once more at his side, but such dreams no longer held his heart. Once betrayed by her, she found no warmth in his darken eyes. Abyss set her free, with her memories stripped from her mind and left upon soil of her own home world in the care of his Son Kelashin.

Gone now from the realms about Rhydin, AbyssSpark has returned to Dragon's Mount. His sword once more rules over the Blue Weyr, DesertSpark his beloved daughter rules by his side.
