TokyopopWhere you can buy the Fake manga in English!! It's great to have it officially translated, although the amount of slang language thrown in can become a bit overwhelming.... Fairly inexpensive too! They have a list of American stores (both local and online) where you may purchase Fake.
JP Queen
They sell EVERYTHING here, from manga to calendars, to doujinshi (fan comics) to CDs, to anime- all the original Japanese products! Most of the stuff is used, but 99.9% is in tip-top condition. Since this company is based in Japan, you have to worry about shipping expenses, but other than that, this is a jem!
Webcomics
Boy Meets BoyOne of the best shounen-ai/yaoi fan comics out there. Sexy and funny to boot! Finished.
Arcana
The best yaoi fan comic in cyberspace. The art is amazing, the characters are well developed, the format is well laid, and the plot is so intricate that it rivals a complex novel. Gothic vampires and pretty boys. Worth every pixel. Stopped, but not finished.
Lucid Figment
Another shounen-ai/yaoi webcomic, called "Slanted Mind". It's fairly short, but I love it for the character development and the art. Annoying Jealous Female warning.

Yet another shounen-ai/yaoi webcomic. Future sci-fi fun, computer geek speak, excellent art, and mostly in color! Very good.
Fallen
Not shounen-ai, but utterly kickass. Futuristic with pretty bishi and kickass female, not to mention absolutely fantabulous art! In fact, I would call this the best drawn webcomic I've ever come across.
Pandect
Utterly delightful shounen-ai/yaoi webcomic with delightful art, animals, boys with cat ears, and every type of fanservice under the sun (not to mention Noah/Edgar xxx!)
Other Scanlations
The Orchid LoungeDoujinshi and manga, all high quality and as far as can tell as close to 100% accurate as you can get. I highly recommend the K2Company doujinshi - I own most of this circle's work. Just think, Prince of Tennis yaoi as drawn by the artist of Kizuna. Nummy.
Possible Soup
Doujinshi and manga, all yaoi or shounen-ai. I recommend Junjyou Romantica and their absolutely gorgeous Fullmetal Alchemist doujinshi. Most manga downloads are bittorrent only.
Sakura Crisis
Mostly manga with a few doujinshi mixed in. Some scanlations are much better than others in accuracy. I recommend Yami no Matsuei (the 1st book's translation is questionable, but other than that it's good), Sakende Yaruze (one of my favorite series of all time), Midare Somenishi, and Boys Next Door.
Desperate Love
Quite a few good yaoi manga here, including "New York, New York" which reminds me ever so slightly of FAKE (except it's not as good =P of course). Other series worth checking out are Seimaden and Fish in the Trap.

Absolutely hillarious one page spoofs on Yami no Matsuei and Saiyuki. I've never before seen a chibi that's made me tremble in fear, but I must say Muraki pulls it off quite nicely.
Kouri and Karasu's Fanfiction
Wonderful shounen-ai fics for Tokyo Babylon, Yami no Matsuei, Weiss Kreuz, Fushigi Yugi, CCS, Fruits Basket, GundamW, and Harry Potter. I recommend "Mating Habits of the Species Shinigami" for YnM, and "Divided We Stand" for HP.

An internet acquaintance's site, featuring Weiss Kreuz, Prince of Tennis, and Slayers fanfiction, mostly yaoi-centric. Also has an image gallery, drinking games, quizzes, and other entertaining goodies.
Mindless Entertainment with Absolutely No Redeeming Features
The best rps (real person slash) I have ever come across, for the cast of Lord of the Rings. I highly recommend the Convergence series - the absolute best slash (and steamiest) fic I have ever read. *drools*
Tragic Splendor
Here you will find lots and lots of scanned Gundam Wing doujinshi- enough to drown any decent yaoi fangirl/fanboy in supreme bliss. Definately worth a visit!
