![]() Congratulations! You are now about to read the juicy part of act 19 from book 7 of Fake. Why do I say "juicy part"? Well, first because it's lemon juicy, enough for me to put up a content warning on this page. Second, this is only part of the act. If I scanned in the entirety of act 19 it would be over 100 pages and Tokyopop would have nothing new left of book 7 to get you to buy it. So in favor of Tokyopop's quick-to-sue wallet and my own sanity, here's the best of the act. Plot summary: Ryo and Dee have been deeply involved in a case that has gotten them entangled with Leo (from book 3 in particular). The case is a big enough one that Diana has shown up to once again harass the 17th station and play matchmaker for Dee and Ryo. When she finds out in a little "conversation" (interrogation) with Ryo that he has not yet slept with Dee, she is horrified. Like any good yaoi fan, she talks to him about...er... the birds and the bees and Ryo starts to see his relationship from a whole new thoughtful perspective. (Yes I'm getting to the plot, but this is important). Off duty one night, Ryo comes across Leo on the street. Leo says a few things that really upset Ryo (can't tell- spoilers for some of the earlier acts) and Ryo runs off in angst. But instead of running home or off to the office, he shows up on Dee's doorstep silently asking for comfort. You can guess where things go from there. *wink* I included the two pages where Dee answers the door as I consider them to be important. There are several pages between "2" and "3" of this scanlation, consisting of Diana and Barkley having a conversation about the case. They are not in here. Also, on the last page of the scanlation, there is a phrase scrawled in Japanese above Dee. I don't know how to translate it, so I'm leaving it be until I decipher the charaters. ^^¡ Sorry... Both the english scanlation and japanese original are available for your viewing. Enjoy!
