Homeopathy in Germany

    Robert Bosch Homeopathic Hospital at Stuttgard is a very big institution having over 350 beds. Dr Miller is the Director of the Hospital. The hospital in endowed by a German Industrialist named Robert Bosch. The hospital is divided into different departments and each department is self-contained.

   This hospital is the biggest Homeopathic Institution in Europe. here, post-graduate course in also conducted for homeopathy.

   RB Homeopathic Hospital has one of the finest Homeopathic librarys. There are not only most of the recent books but also the original writings (manuscripts) of hahnemann, Boennighaussen and others. It is called Dr Heal's Museum.

   There are personal possessions of hahnemann such as his glass, his medals, medicine boxes, watches, etc.. as well as some of his hair.

   There are three medicine chests which were used by Hahnemann containing the very tiny phials of Homeopathic pills. The original list contains 297 medicines of the following potencies - 3, 6, 12, 18, 24, 30 but more of 3, 6 and 30.

   Even now these tiny ( poppy seed which are small than No.10 size globules) are as white as it wre, though in many bottles there is some discoloration.

   These drugs have active power in them, though they are nearly 160 years old. In the Museum there are case records of Hahnemann which are in 48 volumes. There are three volumes of repertory originally written by Hahnemann.

   Here, there are Hahnemann's original letters which are 1,300 approximately written to doctors, patients and friends. *
