The scene opens to show Falcon and his wife Denise coming out
of customs at the Pierson International Airport in Toronto Ontario. The two
notice the camera and walk towards it. As they approach Falcon's manager Troy
can be seen getting of off the plane.
DENISE: So Falcon, what are you going to
do about Troy? She nearly cost you the match last week against Rayne Phoenix
when she nearly threw in the towel. I say it's only a matter of time before she
costs you a win. You can't afford to have a manager at your side that isn't
dedicated to helping you win when you need it.
FALCON: Yeah but the thing is Denise,
Troy never threw the towel in. I haven't had a chance to ask her what made her
stop herself, but for the moment I am going to give her the benefit of the
doubt. Once she has had a chance to explain herself to me I'll re-evaluate our
partnership at that time.
DENISE: Just make sure that you sort
this all out before Thursday and your Last Man Standing match against the
Punisher Darrell Music. If she pulls another stunt like she tried last week you
could find yourself no longer the Crimson Glory Champion.
FALCON: (turning to Denise and looking
her in the eye) Denise dear I realize the danger each and every time I walk out
to the ring with Troy at my site. You should know that if I had any choice I
would have you there in her place, but with you expecting our first child I
don't want to put you in danger. If anything was to happen to you or our child I
don't know what I would do. That is why I am asking you to stay here in Canada
when I go to New Jersey to fight Darrell Music. I'll be able to meet Darrell at
his level if I don't have to worry about your well being.
The two then kiss passionately and only break apart when Troy
comes over and taps Falcon on the shoulder. Falcon and Denise stop kissing and
Falcon turns his attention to his manager. As he does Denise shoots Troy an evil
look.
FALCON: What do you want Troy?
TROY: My ride messed up my arrival time
and won't be here for a couple of hours at least.
DENISE: And your point?
TROY: (returning the evil look at
Denise) I was wondering if I could catch a ride to Guelph with the two of you.
It's half way between here and my destination.
DENISE: (turning to Falcon) Well Dear
I'll leave the decision up to you.
FALCON: (takes a deep breath while he
figures out the best course of action. He then finally turns to Troy). On one
hand you and I have to talk Troy, but on the other time I was looking forward to
a nice private drive home with my wife. Seeing as I haven't seen my wife allot
over the last few weeks I think I'm going to have to ask you to find another
means of transportation.
A slightly shocked look comes across Denise's face. After a
couple of seconds of awkward silence Troy starts to walk off. Denise wraps her
arm around Falcon's and the two watch Troy walk off. Just as Troy is almost out
earshot Denise calls her back.
DENISE: Troy! Troy! I guess it's ok if
you catch a ride with us. Falcon and I have a ton of time that we can spend
together before he heads out.
Troy stops and waits as Falcon and Denise catch up to her. The
three then walk out of the airport and onto the park aide. After several moments
of walking around the three walk up to a white Firebird convertible. Falcon
pulls out his keys and disengages the car alarm. He then opens the door and
waits for Troy to get into the back. Once she is seated Falcon helps Denise into
the car. Falcon then opens the trunk and puts his and Denise's bags into the
trunk before going around to the driver side and getting into the car. Falcon
then starts the car up and back out of the space. The three drive in silence
while Falcon navigates his way out of the airport and onto the highway. Once on
the highway Troy is the first to break the awkward silence.
TROY: So what did you want to talk to me
about Falcon?
Falcon first looks at Denise as if looking for her approval
before talking. Denise nods slightly and Falcon begins to speak.
FALCON: Well Troy I wanted to know,
first off why you came running down to the ring with that towel in your hand and
secondly I want to know why you stopped yourself from throwing it in.
TROY: Falcon I have to be honest with
you about something.
Troy then drops her head slightly and pauses for several
moments. When she raises her head there are tears running down her cheeks.
TROY: Remember when I handed you that
paper stating that we had a life long contract to each other?
FALCON: Yeah
TROY: I didn't have that paper. I didn't
even know it existed. It was given to me by someone else.
DENISE: Who?
TROY: Your brother.
Falcon slams on the brakes and nearly causes an accident on
the 401. Falcon manages to keep the car under controls and pulls it onto the
shoulder. He turns and looks right at Troy.
FALCON: Your telling me that Johnny Pelf
has been behind this entire situation? Why in the world would he put me and his
sister through this kind of stress, especially considering the fact that Denise
is pregnant. Does he not care about his own sister's happiness?
TROY: He came to me wanting to test you
Falcon. He told me that he wanted to make sure that you wouldn't cheat on
Denise. When that didn't work he wanted me to ruin you professionally. He is the
one who told me to throw the towel in on you last week. But I couldn't bring
myself to do it. I honestly don't think that I have ever scene you happier then
you are know. I couldn't bring myself to ruin what you have worked so hard for.
You may not believe this but I do care about you Falcon. I am honestly and truly
happy for you and Denise Falcon.
Troy then breaks down and starts to completely cry. Falcon and
Denise both look back on her. After several minutes Falcon composes himself
enough to get back on the road. As he pulls back in to traffic his stunned wife
Denise speaks.
DENISE: I think the first thing you and
I need to do when we get to Guelph Falcon is have a few words with my "loving
brother".
FALCON: That we do Denise. I can't have
this hanging over my head when I go to fight Darrell Music this Thursday. Even
though I hold a win against Darrell Music in a tag match I am not going to take
this so called Icon lightly. Ever since he and Columbo have aligned themselves
with Caleb Hart, Matt Stryker and Harmony Taylor he is even more Dangerous. With
Predator out with an injury Seek and Destroy as a whole is at a weakness.
DENISE: Seek and Destroy may have lost
Predator for a bit, but Megumi joined this past week.
FALCON: True, but she has her own
problems to worry about. She is taking on Harmony for the Women's Championship.
If you look at from this point of view not only do I have to worry about Darrell
Music and the Icons I have to worry about that punk Archangel and Heavenly.
DENISE: I thought Archangel was your
friend Falcon, what happened?
FALCON: You know what happened. He,
Vyper and Donovan all walked out on me. Archangel is the only one so far to try
and come back to the CMW. By doing that he has added himself to the list of
people I want to get my hands on. So far that list includes Joker, Archangel and
Deadman K.
DENISE: Falcon, you already got your
hands on Joker.
FALCON: I know Denise, but he walked out
on Seek and Destroy. The beating Predator and I handed him a few weeks back was
only a sampling of what is in store for his traitorous ass.
DENISE: What about Deadman K, he hasn't
done anything to you.
FALCON: He is on my list because he is
after Predator. The thing that Deadman K doesn't realize is that when you come
after one member of Seek and Destroy you get us all. Now that he has injured the
Predator, it falls to the rest of Seek and Destroy to take him out for Predator.
Now Deadman K, let me give you this piece of advice, find someone to help watch
your back, you're going to need all the help you can get.
DENISE: I know that you are pissed at a
few people, but don't you think that you should put all of that from your mind
and focus on your Last Man Standing Match with Darrel Music?
TROY: (fighting back tears) I agree with
Denise on this one Falcon. If you don't focus 100% on Darrell Music you
will lose and if you lose, how long will it take to for you to get another title
shot?
FALCON: Both are absolutely correct.
From this moment forth I am preparing myself for my match with Darrel Music. All
other issues that I with other people will be pushed to the back burner. Once I
am done beating Darrel Music from one end of the arena to the other I will start
to address the other issues. Last week when Darrel blind sided me with that
attack was the last offensive move Darrel will get on me. I've beaten him once I
can and will do it again. Mark my words.
DENISE: Why don't we continue this
later? That way you can put your complete focus onto getting us home.
TROY: That sounds like a plan.
FALCON: Well I guess that I am out
voted.
The scene fades to black showing the white Firebird heading
down the 401 on it's way to Guelph.
