OFF THE RECORD

The scene opens to show the logo for the popular TSN show Off the Record, with the show's theme playing in the background the camera cuts to a shot of the studio. The Camera then pans in on host Michael Landsberg. The music dies down and Michael Landsberg begins his opening.

MICHAEL LANDSBERG: Welcome to a special edition of OTR. Today we have rising CMW star and a two time former World Champion in other feds. His career has spanned a decade, from his humble begins in the MCW where he has held every championship the federation has to offer. His first match north of the US/Mexico border came while he was wrestling for the long defunct MMP. His first championship win north of the border came 6 months after returning from neck surgery. Over the last 10 years this man has become one of the most popular independent wrestlers in the world. It is with great pleasure that I once again welcome Falcon to the set.

Woke Up This Morning by Nickelback plays and Falcon steps onto the set. The two men shake hands and sit down on opposite sides of a coffee table.

MICHAEL: Welcome back to OTR Falcon. Last time you were here the OWA was just bought out by the XWA and your reign as OWA Champion was in jeopardy. As I recall the XWA honoured your reign and were allowed to defend the belt on XWA programming.

FALCON: That's true Michael, but unfortunately I lost the belt a few months later to my rival at the time Jokers Child. I still stayed with the XWA while the promotion tried to survive. Once it closed its doors I went back to the MCW and was able to win the only belt there that had eluded my grasp during my 8 year run with the promotion.

MICHAEL: And that belt was the highly coveted MCW World Heavyweight Championship. How long did you hold that belt?

FALCON: My reign as MCW World Champion came to an after holding the belt for 8 months. Ironically the number 8 seems to haunt me down in the MCW. I was Cruiserweight Champ there for 8 years. Archangel and I held the Tag Team belts there for 8 weeks. I'm hoping if I ever get back there that I'll break that.

MICHAEL: Speaking of Archangel, what is he and your other former Trinity partner Apoc. They haven't been seen or heard from since you announced that the Trinity was going it's separate ways.

FALCON: Well Michael I'm honestly not concerning myself with where and what Apoc and Archangel are doing. At the moment I am focusing on my own career. My immediate goal is to prove myself as a legitimate contender for any championship in the CMW. With the exception of the Crimson Glory Championship.

MICHAEL: Why not go after the Crimson Glory Championship?

FALCON: No don't get me wrong that is great championship to hold. But I do not see my career going in that direction. I've worked to hard and for too long to be known as Hardcore Wrestler. For guys likes Riggs and Predator that is fine. Neither one is very technically sound, from where I stand the only reason Riggs came back to the CMW is because no one else would take him. The way those two beat the crap out of each other last week in Montreal I highly doubt that either man will still be around in 5 years.

MICHAEL: Speaking of Predator there is a rumour circulating that you will be joining Seek and Destroy in the near future.

FALCON: Allow me to put an end to that rumour right away. I have been approached by Predator to join Seek and Destroy. I was offered membership following the Double Ladder Match. All I have to say on that subject is I accept the offer. This past week I tried to do things on my own and was screwed over. The way I see it, in order to get anywhere in the CMW I am going to need someone to watch my back.

MICHAEL: Isn't that the reason the Trinity formed in the first place?

FALCON: That was the reason Trinity joined forces, but Apoc and Archangel started to become unreliable. I got tired of trying to keep them focused while adjusting to married life. That is the reason I asked Donovan to help us out. If anyone knows Apoc and Archangel better than I do, that man is Donovan Black. But even the arrival of Donovan couldn't get them focused. So after our loss at Fatal Games over in England 2 weeks ago I told them that it would be best if we went our separate ways. That was the last time I saw them in a CMW locker room.

MICHAEL: Does that mean that Apoc and Archangel are no longer members of the CMW?

FALCON: I have no idea what is going on. If they have left the CMW I wish them the best. After all they are both long time friends of mine. Archangel and I even trained Apoc when he first came to the House of Pain.

MICHAEL: Speaking of the House of Pain, where is the school located?

FALCON: The school is located in Guelph Ontario. Currently there are 15 students there learning from our head trainer, Apoc's retired partner Morpheus. Archangel and I get there as often as we can. Plus several of our graduates migrate in and out giving a hand when they are in the area. After my interview here I'll be heading to Guelph and spending most of the week either at the House of Pain or with my lovely wife Denise.

MICHAEL: Denise brings up an interesting line of discussion. You and her brother Johnny Pelf have a long documented dislike of each other. How does that, if at all, affect your relationship with Denise?

FALCON: Actually I am really happy to say that Johnny and I are trying to put our differences aside for the sake of Denise's well being. While Johnny and I may not see eye to eye on a lot of topics. The one thing we agree on is that Denise should not be forced to choice between either one of us.

MICHAEL: Well let's hold the line of thought there as we take our first commercial break.

The camera fades out and plays several commercials. When the commercials are over Falcon and Michael Landsberg are shown sipping from their coffee cups. Michael puts his cup down and begins to speak.

MICHAEL: Welcome back to OTR. My guest today is CMW Star Falcon. Speaking of the CMW Falcon, this Thursday Juiced is being held at the John Labatt Centre in London Ontario. You are booked in a 6 Man Elimination Match, with the stipulation the winner gets a World Title shot at the next CMW Pay-per View All Out War. In the match you find yourself in the ring with a few of the CMW's legends, including Riggs, J.R.E.D. and Brett Taylor. What are your thoughts about being booked in such a match?

FALCON: I think it's an honour to be given the opportunity to showcase my skills against the best the CMW has to offer. With the match being close to my hometown of Guelph, I feel like I have the home field advantage going in.

MICHAEL: Well even having the home field advantage you are considered by many to be the underdog of the match. Does that moniker work for or against you going in?

FALCON: In a way it helps being considered the underdog, when you are seen as the underdog people tend to underestimate you. But on the other hand, being considered the underdog doesn't do much to help your confidence. This Thursday I plan on getting rid of that moniker once and for all. I am going to outlast my five other opponents and head to All Out War as the number 1 contender for the CMW World Championship. My goal was to start off low and build my way up, but to hell with that. This Thursday I am going to take my first step toward being remembered as one of the greatest wrestlers to ever step foot in the CMW. I've had a taste of gold here once before and I liked it.

MICHAEL: Your talking about your reign as CMW Tag Team Champion with your protégé Tiny. How is the Big man doing these days?

FALCON: Tiny actually called me up earlier this week. His surgery was as success and he hopes too return to action sometime after Christmas. I wish him the best in his future endeavours where ever they may take him.

MICHAEL: What do you mean by that? Isn't Tiny a member of the CMW roster?

FALCON: Tiny handed in his resignation shortly after he injured his neck. I honestly hope that his career brings him back into the CMW. He is one of my all time favourite opponents.

MICHAEL: Hold that thought. He have to take one more commercial break. When we come back I'll toss out name and Falcon will give his thoughts on them.

The scene once again fades to commercials. After several commercials the camera fades back in on the OTR set. Michael Landsberg now has a piece of paper in his hand. The music dies down and Michael begins to speak.

MICHAEL: Welcome back. As I said before the commercial break in this segment I'll be throwing out names and Falcon will give us his first thoughts on that individual. Here we go. Denise Pelf?

FALCON: The love of my life. I feel complete when I am with her.

MICHAEL: Overnight Male?

FALCON: A true gentleman. If he could ever get focused he would be a huge star.

MICHAEL: Foxxxy?

FALCON: One hell of a looker. I feel she is the best female wrestler in the CMW today. I for one underestimated her talents on more then one occasion.

MICHAEL: Riggs?

FALCON: A CMW great. I look forward to meeting him in the ring.

MICHAEL: Last one current CMW World Champion Caleb Hart.

FALCON: Hardest worker in this business next me. I really hope he manages to hold onto that belt long enough for me to take it off of him.

MICHAEL: Well Falcon we are almost out of time is there anything else you would like to get off of your chest?

FALCON: Let me give a word of advise to my opponents this week. Last week I was held down by the CMW. This week I plan on making up for lost time. After I outlast you all, I will go on and face either Caleb Hart or Sajid for the World title at All Out War. My time has arrived and there isn't a damn thing anyone in the CMW can do to stop me now. With Seek and Destroy watching my back I plan on making history and history starts at Juiced live from London Ontario.

MICHAEL: Well folks there you go. Guelph's own Falcon is focused on one thing and one thing only. Earning respect in the CMW. Tune into Juiced this Thursday only on MTV, and for those of you in London make sure to get to the John Labatt Centre and catch the action in person. I am sure Falcon will appreciate your support. For Off The Record I am Michael Landsberg.

As the scene fades out Michael Landsberg and Falcon are seen having friendly conversation.
