"Hi, is Angela there?" A small, shy voice asked at the other end.

"Yeah, may I ask who's calling?" Brian rolled his eyes, wondering who is could be.

"May I speak to Angela?" Not bothering to answer Brian's question, the caller asked.

"Okay." Brian dropped the phone, picked up the cordless as he hurried back to the game room.

"It's for you." Brian handed Angela the cordless.

"Thanks." She took the phone. "Hello?"

"It's okay, who was that guy that answered the phone?"

"It was Brian."

"What about me?" Brian jumped at the mention of his name.

"Nothing. She was just wondering who you were." Angela answered.

"Is he your boyfriend or something?" Amanda asked.

"Nah, just a friend."

"I wanna talk too! Who are you talking to?" Nick complained, grabbed the phone from her.

"Hang on, it's my best friend since..."

"Hello?"

"Hi, I'm Nick! And you are?"

"Amanda."

"Why do you call her 'Hammy'?" Nick chuckled.

"No! Don't tell him!" Angela snatched the phone from Nick.

"Hey!" He protested.

"You still there?" Angela said.

"Yeah, give me your address before I forget! I might be coming down to Florida this Friday."
