This is the Gravity Beetle's area.I dun really remember the area but try get to the pillar which has the same shape as the pillar in the pic....

While in the water, charge up the ice weapon then jump onto the ice blocks you created.Get to the surface then if the chip is too far away, jump on the surface of the water to get there.

This is the final chip, charge up the T.Triad then destroy the platform below.
