| If you remember the truly ridiculous horror classic "Salem's Lot" (starring Ernest Borgnine), you may recognize these pictures as the Church and Graveyard (in the little town of Ferndale, CA) used in that piece of incredible celluloid. |
| Actually, Ferndale is a cute little Victorian village, which not only features the most 'farthest west' Hotel and Saloon, but some pretty wonderful architecture, like the 'Gingerbread House' pictured here |
| Di & I took a drive out to the South Jetty of Humboldt Bay...who knew deserted beaches actually exist! |
