End User License Agreement

NetWorker is freeware. User is free to download, install and use NetWorker. User can only redistribute NetWorker on free media, including free Internet download and free distributed CD-ROM. User may not modify, decompile, disassemble or reverse engineer NetWorker.

In no event shall the author of NetWorker be liable for any special, incidental, indirect, or consequential damages whatsoever arising out of or in any way related to the use of or inability to use NetWorker. NetWorker is distributed with no support of any kind.
