Just got home, show was EXCELLENT! They were incredible tonight! Captain was in rare form, sticking a bananna in his ass then offering it to the audience. Best quote was after 13th Floor Vendetta, he goes "I'd like to see Paul Weller do that!"

We missed the first few songs, I'm told they were New Rose, Democracy, I Just Can't Be Happy Today and "maybe something else." Walked in as they played Absinthe. From there it was (out of order)... Plan 9, Disco Man, Would You Be So Hot, Amen, 13th Floor Vendetta, Wait For The Blackout, She, Neat Neat Neat, Ignite, Under The Floor Again, Eloise, Nasty, Love Song, Smash It Up.

Surprisingly, Captain didn't come out in a tutu for the encore, or sing any Happy Talk, I was a little disappointed. I'm thinking that we missed Street Of Dreams, or maybe it was dropped for Nasty.

In all it was a good night. The World, AKA WWE New York, is a nice venue, I'd definately go see more shows there. Only complaint is that it cost $17 for two Long Island Iced Teas. Well, what are you gonna do?

Highlights included Monty jumping around like a madman for Neat Neat Neat, the bananna, Captain's solos in Under The Floor and Would You Be So Hot, Pinch demolishing the drum kit at the end of Smash It Up. I think Captain said what was on all our minds before he left the stage: "And remember, FUCK THE POPE!"
