Pubs in the area:

You will find a bar called The Little Civic on the same street as the venue. This is a fine little place. Decent bar, reasonable prices, pretty good music and not fequented by townies. And there is also a box office for the both the Civic and Wulfrun halls actually inside the pub itself. I recently went to see Chuck Berry and Jerry Lee lewis at the Civic hall and was able to pick my tickets up in there. [dead handy]

The Giffard - 2 mins walking distance from the venue, opposite Waterstones bookshop. There are quite a few Message Boarders meeting there for a pre-gig drink.

Travel tips and other information:

DOORS OPEN: 7.00 pm
SUPPORT: 4FT Fingers and The Blunts
PARKING: There is a secure multi storey car park directly opposite the venue and it only costs about £2 to park there. It may take about 10 minutes to get out at the end of the show. But rust me it is the safest and most convenient place to park in the area.
Alternatively,
car parking is available at the station for about £5 per night.
