There's a train from Blackpool to Preston and from Preston you can get to most places in the UK very easily. There's also the M55 junction 32 off the M6.

Here's a it of background info: The Spanish Hall was added to the Wintergardens in the 1930s. It was created in the theme of an Andalucian Village with natural daylight enhancing the rich colours. This beautiful hall decorated in rich golds and ochres is just one part of of an interconnecting banquet complex which includes the Windsor Bar, the Renaissance Room and the splendid Baronial Hall.
