I received an e-mail from Feather this morning saying that he and his partner were at Birch Spring Shelter in the Smokies with Kimber and Cesar Saturday night.  How is the weather over there?  If any of you are nearby and see them, I hope you'll wish them well.  They were planning to take a rest day at Mountain Mama's when they worked out their itinerary.
