These brushes all work in Adobe Photoshop only. To download them onto your computer, save them in My Computer >> C:\ (or drive that you store Adobe Photoshop in) >> Program Files >> Adobe >> Photoshop 7.0 (or whatever version of Photoshop you own) >> Presets >> Brushes >> Adobe Photoshop Only.
