Students should download the syllabus and Concert Review form. There are instructions given on the Concert Review form. Proof of attendance is required like: a ticket stub or program. Be sure to include one or more of the requested items with your form. Questions should be emailed directly to me. Please send email to: vernonj@ipfw.edu Section 1 (Classroom) & Section 2 (Channel 56) can pick up your midterm & concert reviews outside my office in Classroom Medical Building room 07 in the basement. I will return those papers not retrieved by the classroom students on Monday. The FINAL will be uploaded the day of the test. Download the PDF before class or when you receive your video. If you have problems with the PDF, do not panic! The answer sheet will be displayed during the test.
