Practice Basic Strategy for casino Blackjack as described in numerous books.
This program was originally written in 1985 to teach myself how to play before
a trip to Las Vegas. It was written for the Commodore 64 in the Comal language
and was published in the Sept 22, 1987 issue of "Comal Today". As an exercise,
I rewrote the program in the C language (again on the C64). Eventually a PC
entered my life and the program was rewritten for DOS. The source code is
available for a fee (see the nag screen in the program). Although not as
flashy as some Windows programs, you will find it to be fast and accurate
for learning Blackjack Basic Strategy!

 Features:

 - Compare your play vs. other 'strategies'
