The challenge was to draw a scary monster. To me, the scariest things are those that you can not see. With that in mind, I drew this monster half coming out of shadows. Unother reason why I drew this picture is that I had been wanting to do a picture in straight Black & White. Unfortunately, this monster ended up looking a lot like Violator from the Spawn comic books.
