- Hydro-forming System: A prototype has been built that produces a thick/thin sheet metal product. The profile of the product conforms to the shape of the die. A falling ram strikes a water column. The water column acts as a flexible punch and generates pressure deforming the blank to the desired product.

- Automatic Wood Beading Machine: A prototype has been built that produces wooden-bead of different profile. The machine is automatic except the loading of the blank wood all other operations are automatic.
- Automatic Pipe Welding Machine: A prototype has been Developed that produces with facilities for clamping and welding of Pipes of Different Schedule. The machine is automated except the loading of the Pipes. A Common SMAW machine has been upgraded with the Design of a suitable machine table and a clamping Device. The Electrode travel is driven by a stepper motor with variable speed control for effective Synchronization of Electrode feed rate and Welding Speed .
- Attaching Grinder: An attaching grinder has been developed that takes power any of the working machines and is portable. It is mounted on a fast and a loose pulley for ease of engagement and safety so that it can run only when it is required to. Thus it is a very economical attachment suitable for localised work such as tool grinding.
