Terms and Ordering Information

To order an item you can call us with your order or you can email us your order and any questions.  We will hold the item for you after we have confirmation that you will purchase it.  You can call our 800 number to place your order.

You may call our toll free number (1-800-326-3017) anytime.  If you call and there is no answer we are on another call so please call back.  If you get our answering machine please be ready with your order or any questions you may have.  We will return your call as soon as possible.

We accept Visa, Mastercard, Discover, and Novus, personal checks, (must allow 7 working days to clear), bank checks, and money orders.  Be sure to include what you are purchasing, how many, and a return address.

We will hold your order 7 days awaiting payment, then it will be canceled unless you get ahold of us right away.

Layaways are accepted.  Terms 20% down and total due 90 days from purchase date.  Layaway items are non-refundable, cancellation forfeits your deposit.

We ship via U.S. Post Office or UPS depending on the size of box.  For your protection and ours insurance is required on all orders.  Buyers are responsible for all shipping and insurance expenses.

Missouri orders must pay 6.725 sales tax.

We offer a satisfaction guaranteed-5 day return policy.  You must call us on the day the item arrives and let us kow it's on the way back.  Item must be returned in same condition we sent.  Full purchase price will be refunded, less postage/insurance fees.  Layaways are non-returnable.
