You can rotate (press "X" or "Z") or turn (click mouse right button) a block.
Every time you click "New", a new puzzle (different frame) will appear. For some of them, even I can not remember the solution.
This game is initially invented by a Chinese, whose name I have forgotten. More than ten years ago it was quite popular.
