SanzoxGoku Speculation

SanzoxGoku. This is a touchy subject among most fans. Would Sanzo take Goku as a lover? Would Goku understand his intent? I may be one of the few and the proud of those who think Goku isn't quite as stupid as we think. He does, after all, follow base instincts.

In all due truth, I think that in all Sanzo does, he is looking for a little bit of companionship, and whether he likes to admit it or not, he would not let anyone lay a finger on Goku to harm him.

And I think we all know pretty well how Goku feels about Sanzo and people that harm him.

So in the end, would it work? I have to think about that one for a while. Maybe yes, maybe no, but I think yes. They have the workings of a good relationship, as the monk and the monkey are quite attached, and there are times that they portray quite the endearing relationship.
