W ork place violence is steadily on the rise in USA, people are upset for every thing. They take their problems to the jobs. Some of the time it reaches a proportion that work place problems played itself out on the street. They take the work place fight to the street.
WORK PLACE VIOLENCE HAS A LOT TO DO WITH WHO IS IN AUTHORITY.
Proverbs 29:2 When the righteous are in authority, the people rejoice: but when the wicked beareth rule, the people mourn. Workplace bullies, before they started to make trouble, they made friends in high places. Friends with those in authority, now when they begin to make trouble, they already buy out the people, so the victims have no one to vote for their innocency. Some people are easily bought out, with pig foot soup, fish head, and some gossip.
When the bullies find a victims, they keep talking about the person behind their backs, in the presence of others, so others pick up on their offences, and even when the bullies leave the victims alone, those who pick up on the offences keep on hating the victims, without even knowing the real reason behind all the gossips.
Proverbs 11:9-AV An hypocrite with [his] mouth destroyeth his neighbour: but through knowledge shall the just be delivered.
Many people know very little about transfer hate or transfer aggression. A husband is having problem on his job, he brought it home and take it out on his wife, the wife take it out on the children, the children take it out on the pets. If there is no pets, they Cary that aggression to school, and find another child that will not resist and take it out on them. From here onward it can lead up to a lot of mess.
THE PATH OF LEAST RESISTANCE:
In an electrical circuit, current will always follow the path of least resistance. Because of this, sometimes the current makes its own paths where there shouldn't be any. We call this a short circuit.
People does the same thing, they have aggression and hate bottled up in them. Some of them get themselves caught up in life styles that they hated .Because of this they always feel upset. They will take this upset spirit right to the job, home and church, then they will look for somebody who they think will not give them any resistance and make a physiological punching bags out the person, if they think they can get away with it.
ONLY YOU CAN STOP IT AND THE SOONER THE BETTER:
At this time I work in the nursing field, and I find out that the patients is not the job, the real job is putting up with the chat boxes, the boots lickers, liars, back stabbing, news carriers, and smiling cobras that worked along side me. Sometime I feel sorry for the people like managers, and directors. Because the people that carry the most news to them actually hate them. The way they talk about the managers behind their backs, then carry news to them later. I Say" My God in heavens I am afraid of people" I call those kind of people two faced two belly rats"
STOPPING THEM FROM ABUSES YOU:
The first time they push your button, tell them to stop it, do not pretend that you did not hear it. Tell them that you have to documented it. Aggression tolerated is aggression that will never stop. Bullies on the job, need a feeding ground and a breeding ground, they look for the person who have a door mat personality and walk all over them.
TAKING THE BATTLE UNDER GROUND:
When the aggressors find out that you will not let them ride you, they will take the battle under ground. Spread rumors about you, now you have to be walking straight, doing you job good, arriving on time to work, watching your backs. When they cannot get to nail you down and any thing they begin to respect you and leave you alone. This victory do not come cheep.
BEWARE OF MAKING SEXUALLY OVERTONE JOKES:
It will be use against you, I always jokes with the girls on my job, within the first six to eight months after getting the job. Almost two years later there was a fall out between my self and one of the lady. They heard that I massage a white girl foot on my brake, and that was what causing the problem." How comes she get her feet massage???" What the hell wrong with James?" They went around and ask other girls to wrote letter and say what the letter must say. One of the girl that they ask was upset because she know my entire family and did not agree with what they were asking her to put in the letter. Only God save me on that job. If the bass did fire me there is no way I could get another job in that field, base on the things that those ladies put in the letters.
WHEN THE AGGRESSORS FIND OUT THAT YOU WILL NOT BE THEIR PUNCHING BAGS:
They will use jokes that you have made, then add to it, and take from it, and put wings to it, and when you hear it back, you will be urinating in your own pants and panties.
DO NOT DRAG OUT AN ARGUMENT:
" All you will need to say is" Am I bothering you? Am I keeping you from getting a raise? Am I preventing you from doing your job" "I command you to stop harassing me" The walk off. Document the incident.
WATCH YOUR BACK AGAINST CERTAIN PEOPLE.
Boot lickers, back stabbers, smiling cobras, bullies, sugar coaters, passive aggressive, doormats and suck ups.
BEWARE OF SMILING COBRAS.
Smiling cobras is somebody that want to get up the ladder of authority. These know how to win people over to their sides. If a smiling cobras take a disliking to you, and if this person has some authority, you will better off leave. Smiling cobras and a back stabber is also the same person. But a back stabber might not be a smiling cobras. In other word, a smiling cobras has two traits, “he she is the grand daddy of them all, backstabbing, two faced, pit digging.
2 Samuel 15:1-4 (KJV) And it came to pass after this, that Absalom prepared him chariots and horses, and fifty men to run before him. [2] And Absalom rose up early, and stood beside the way of the gate: and it was so, that when any man that had a controversy came to the king for judgment, then Absalom called unto him, and said, Of what city art thou? WATCH OUT FOR THE SUBJECT CHANGER.
A subject changer is a person, who came along directly to change the subject. This is his/her way of insulting, but they do it very discreetly. Some of them even apologies before they do it.”” I just want to speak to you for a minute, may I cut in? He only want one minutes but stayed for twenty. This is a rude and nasty person. Often time already upset and do not know how to deal with it, he she just walking around with a chip on the shoulder, looking for trouble. The best way to deal with a subject changer, is to look around to see if he she is there before you start a conversation, are if you are in one and saw the subject changer coming, drop the conversation right away, before the person get the chance to change it.
WATCH OUT FOR WISE CRACKERS”
My self and a supervisor had a slight disagreement. I make the supervisor win, so as not to appear insubordinate.
But then I was telling my friend what happen. The wise crackers walk up and say” But if you did your job such and such a person cannot say that? Dealing with wise crackers you have to jump on him right away. “ I reply,” I did my job, I am not working here these days because my face is pretty or because I am lucky” You have to take the wind out of the sail of wise crackers right away.
FALLOW BIBICAL PRINCIPLES AND YOU WILL KEEP THE JOB LONGER.
Titus 2:9 (KJV) Exhort servants to be obedient unto their own masters, and to please them well in all things; not answering again;

Five commands to servants 1. Be obedient (note, §Ephes. 6:5).
2. Please masters in all things (Titus 2:9).
3. Do not contradict or gainsay orders.
4. Do not steal the goods of the master entrusted to you (Titus 2:10; Acts 5:2-3)
5. Show faithfulness in all things (Titus 2:10).
HOW TO KNOW WHEN THE JOB IS NOT YOURS.
Sometime you get a job but the job is not really yours, that is not where you belong. You will never do well among certain people. If you fall into dislike, it is best to move on. Even presidents and kings move on. A good fighter knows when to run. It is not good to work among too much snakes. You must enjoy your job, wanting to go to work, miss being away from work, not be afraid of going in. Once you are scared of going in it is best to plan your leaving. Run while running is good. I have a nurse friend who was poison on her job, she was to get a promotion, and she was poison to death. She could feel the hateful eyes of others staring at her, she could seen them avoiding her, she could see the faces of those above her was changing toward her, that mean she was being worked over by back stabbers. Yet she remains and get herself killed.
Smiling cobras main job is to worked behind you against you, and put you into disfavor with as many people as possible, down the ladder of authority and up the ladder. This person will be fighting against you then ask you for help to fight somebody else.
HAVE A BACK UP JOB.
It is best to work two part time job, thirty two hours on each, than to work forty or sixty hours on one job. When you have trouble makers on the job, the job is never yours. The only time you can defend yourself is if you have a back up job.
UNHAPPY WORK ENVIRONMENT WILL KILL YOU.
You loose more than you gain, it rob you of your health, by sending up your blood pressure, putting you in unnecessary stress, can destroy your home and family life. Those enemies that was given to you by smiling cobras on the job will be moving out into others job markets. Now your adaptive enemies are spreading out. If you cannot win them over it is best to run. Bad management is the cost of unhappy work place. Because they are not really keeping and eye on things. They have no diversity training, nor stress relating training. They listen to gossips instead of finding out what really happening.

THINKING THAT A CAMERA IS THERE:
If you work in the medical field, as you go into each patients room, tell yourself that a camera is in the room watching you. I caught patient family standing upon chair pulling the ceiling. I just pretend not to see it. People are getting rich by suing Nursing Homes and Hospitals these days. Try not to get caught up in it.
BEWARE OF WORK PLACE VAGINAS.:
Work place vaginas seem to sweet men, you getting a free sex and getting pay to do it. Women talk, you will never get a woman to shut her mouth and shut her legs, that is the two things women cannot do. There is always a woman who loves a man on the job, and she is there in secret waiting to be discovered. The moment words went out that you been with certain woman, the other one who is in waiting to be discovered became offended. She will use the job, are find away to tied her grievance to your performances on the job and cut you down. It is hard to resist work place vaginas. Those ladies walk up behind me and have their breasts sticking me in the back, and I cannot do a thing about it.
When ladies start sexual overtone jokes on the job, you the men must behave like you did not hear it. If you take part in it, you get blame for it. In most case the woman who starts it stop talking and expect the men to run with it like blue fish. Watch when a woman starts a dirty joke on the job, she stop talking and is watching to see if the men are going to purling it.
