T he church is suppose to be a place of refuge and refreshment to the weary and sin sick souls. But in every country where the gospel is free, whole heard of people flock to the church to capitalize on the financial contributions of the faithful. This greed continue and get worst each generations, it reach a point where people begin to flee from the church and hate the good news, as time goes on the church begin to loose her privileges and end up right back into persecutions.

The reasons for the abuses that goes on in churches is this. Somebody saw your qualities and is trying to drive you out before your full potentials are discovered by the other believers. By getting you out, the person who feel belittle by your qualities stand a better chances of getting pick for certain positions. This kind of covetousness is called “spiritual wickedness in high places” This can continue and mushroom out of control until it reaches stages that you have never even seen among unbelievers.

One deacon who his brethren did not like his piety arrived at the conclusion that the deacon’s wife was the strength behind him. So they dig under and poison his wife mind against him then paid her fare to England. The plan was, her husband must not know where she was until three months after she arrive in England. Three months later a letter arrive at the church from his wife thanking the members for helping her to go to England. That is the first time he is going to hear about it, and know where his wife were.

HOW TO AVOID GETTING HURT.

You must develop a sense of knowing when something is just not right. You must learn to move out before the bomb drop. Dead men cannot lead you nor help you. Blind men cannot guide you. Take stock of your life, ask yourself these questions, since you been going to this church paying your tithes and offering. is your marriage better? Is your financial life better? Is your Christian life fruitful? What kind of sermons does your pastor preach? Do they ever tell you how to get out of debts? How to make your marriage a success? How to keep your job? How to nourish your faith? How to advance your educations? And How to buy a house and come out of rent house? What kind of sermons are you listening to?

Do not seek church privilege such as preaching privilege and singing privileges. To be the pastor are to be on their church board or to be one of their deacons. Do not fight to get such thing or push up your self to be seen to get it, that is how the under dogs get hurt. Others who want those positions will crush you. If you have a singing career that you are trying to promote the church is not a good place to go trying to set that up. Do not go looking for positions. I found out that I get no hurt when dealing with people and wanting nothing from them. Wait on your ministry.

Romans 12:7 (KJV) Or ministry, let us wait on our ministering: or he that teacheth, on teaching;

There are some four groups of people in the churches. To avoid getting hurt you must know these groups and know which of these groups control that church. According to what group control the church will determine the amount of abuses get dishing out. Also the secret of avoiding getting hurt is to know what group each person belonging to. The person actions are the spirit that each person displayed will give you a pretty good indications. This depending on the concept that you have of Christianity. For example, some pastor never acknowledges me as born again, because I am the humorous one in the group, who never wear a donkeys faces. And for some people you have to wear a sad face to be seen as a Christians.

NONE OF THE SERVANTS OF GOD PUSH THEMSELVES IN ANY POSITIONS OF LEADERSHIP.

Jeremiah 1:5-8 (KJV) Before I formed thee in the belly I knew thee; and before thou camest forth out of the womb I sanctified thee, and I ordained thee a prophet unto the nations. [6] Then said I, Ah, Lord God! behold, I cannot speak: for I am a child. [7] But the Lord said unto me, Say not, I am a child: for thou shalt go to all that I shall send thee, and whatsoever I command thee thou shalt speak. [8] Be not afraid of their faces: for I am with thee to deliver thee, saith the Lord.

THE REASONS WHY ABUSES TAKE PLACE IN CHURCHES.

In some cases the abuses is done by accident. In other cases it was done not to destroy the person but to get the person to fall under the controlling powers of others. For example, “cold shouldering” is done to make the person suck up. This is done to make you try to buy your way up the ladder of acceptance, are become the church’s yard boys. A man’s pleaser.

Acts 5:29 (KJV) Then Peter and the other apostles answered and said, We ought to obey God rather than men.

Cold shouldering, left out, and pass over is all done to control, or is a controlling techniques. Rumors spreading are employed when the person is putting up resistance. The rumors eventually mushroom out of control and the victim chance of ever landing a leading role in that church is killed.

BORN AGAIN BELIEVERS.

The born gain believers are divided into two groups. The mature believers call the “Spiritual man” and the immature believers call the “Carnal man” The immature believers are save just like the spiritual man but the immature believers area called the “ Babies in Christ” This group is sometime just get convert, or converted long time but are slow in development.

THE FALSE BELIEVERS, CALL THE “FALSE BRETHREN”

This group is also divided into two groups. The two groups are unconverted, but group one are demons possess, and thinking that the spirit that they have in their bodies is the Holy Ghost. This group has all the externals qualities of Christianity, but has no change of heart. The second group of this sort is not possess, but are children or friends of believers who grew up in the church but are going by papa and mama salvations and has not know the lord for themselves. This group also has a mental or mind believe system going but has not received the born gain experience.

Galatians 2:4 (KJV) And that because of false brethren unawares brought in, who came in privily to spy out our liberty which we have in Christ Jesus, that they might bring us into bondage:

TWO GROUP OF MINISTERS.

2 Cor. 11:13-15 (KJV) For such are false apostles, deceitful workers, transforming themselves into the apostles of Christ. [14] And no marvel; for Satan himself is transformed into an angel of light. [15] Therefore it is no great thing if his ministers also be transformed as the ministers of righteousness; whose end shall be according to their works.

The above verses prove that there are two group of ministers in the churches, one for Satan and one for Christ. Now in another verse I will show you how the ministers of Satan behave.

HOW THE MINISTERS OF SATAN BEHAVE.

Isaiah 56:10-11 (KJV) His watchmen are blind: they are all ignorant, they are all dumb dogs, they cannot bark; sleeping, lying down, loving to slumber. [11] Yea, they are greedy dogs which can never have enough, and they are shepherds that cannot understand: they all look to their own way, every one for his gain, from his quarter.

3 John 1:9-10 (KJV) I wrote unto the church: but Diotrephes, who loveth to have the preeminence among them, receiveth us not. [10] Wherefore, if I come, I will remember his deeds which he doeth, prating against us with malicious words: and not content therewith, neither doth he himself receive the brethren, and forbiddeth them that would, and casteth them out of the church.

HOW THE MINISTERS OF CHRIST BEHAVE.

James 1:27 (KJV) Pure religion and undefiled before God and the Father is this, To visit the fatherless and widows in their affliction, and to keep himself unspotted from the world.

Many people went to court each year and received a terrible sentences from the judge, and because they have no knowledge, they did not know that they could have ask the court for mercy or leniency, and end up knocking off a few years just by asking, it is the privilege of every citizen. Many people died and went to hell and never have the nerve to even ask God for mercy. Is there mercy for a hopeless sinner who has hurt all mankind? Yes!

Isaiah 7:11 (ASV) Ask thee a sign of Jehovah thy God; ask it either in the depth, or in the height above. Isaiah 7:12 (ASV) But Ahaz said, I will not ask, neither will I tempt Jehovah.

Ezekiel 18:32 (ASV) For I have no pleasure in the death of him that dieth, saith the Lord Jehovah: wherefore turn yourselves, and live.

First you must recognize that you are a sinner and need God mercy.

Romans 3:23 (KJV) For all have sinned, and come short of the glory of God; Then you must know that God sent his son Jesus to die for your sins.

1 Peter 2:24 (Living) He personally carried the load of our sins in his own body when he died on the cross so that we can be finished with sin and live a good life from now on. For his wounds have healed ours!

YOU MUST KNOW THAT YOU CANNOT SAVE YOURSELF.

Ephes. 2:8 (ASV) for by grace have ye been saved through faith; and that not of yourselves, it is the gift of God; Ephes. 2:9 (ASV) not of works, that no man should glory.

2 Peter 3:18 (ASV) But grow in the grace and knowledge of our Lord and Saviour Jesus Christ. To him be the glory both now and for ever. Amen.

Zech. 4:7 (KJV) Who art thou, O great mountain? before Zerubbabel thou shalt become a plain: and he shall bring forth the headstone thereof with shoutings, crying, Grace, grace unto it.

If we did, we'd probably go around bragging that we'd done the whole thing!” There nothing you could do to save yourself , the only thing you could do is bowed your head and ask God to save you.

You must believe that there is a God.

Hebrews 11:6 (Living) You can never please God without faith, without depending on him. Anyone who wants to come to God must believe that there is a God and that he rewards those who sincerely look for him.

No other person can save you except Jesus.

Then you must know that God invites you to come to him.

Isaiah 1:18 (Living) "Come, let's talk this over!" says the Lord; "no matter how deep the stain of your sins, I can take it out and make you as clean as freshly fallen snow. Even if you are stained as red as crimson, I can make you white as wool!

Do not wait until tomorrow to get save.

2Co 6:2 (For he saith, I have heard thee in a time accepted, and in the day of salvation have I succoured thee: behold, now is] the accepted time; behold, now {is] the day of salvation.)

2Co 6:2 The Message Bible. “God reminds us, I heard your call in the nick of time; The day you needed me, I was there to help. Well, now is the right time to listen, the day to be helped.”

Delay not your conversion to the lord, put it not off from day to day. Remember that tomorrow is promise to no man. Accept the lord, go home and continue with your life, if the lord.. If the lord saves you in bad life style, he has some plan up his sleeve how to get you out of it, give him time to work out his salvation in your life.

WHOSEOEVER SHALL CALL.

Acts 2:21 (KJV) And it shall come to pass, that whosoever shall call on the name of the Lord shall be saved.

Romans 10:13 (KJV) For whosoever shall call upon the name of the Lord shall be saved.

Ezekiel 33:11 (KJV) Say unto them, As I live, saith the Lord God, I have no pleasure in the death of the wicked; but that the wicked turn from his way and live: turn ye, turn ye from your evil ways; for why will ye die, O house of Israel?

Now bow your head and pray this prayer.

Dear God, our heavenly father, I am a sinner and need to be save, would you save me this moment from all my sin? Save me now, because your son Jesus had died for my sin. Thank you for saving me and give me peace, in Jesus name.

From this day onward you will begin to feel a flood of joy and peace full your heart and mind. You must confess Jesus to others with your mouth. Tell what great thing the lord had done for you. Romans 10:9 (Living) For if you tell others with your own mouth that Jesus Christ is your Lord and believe in your own heart that God has raised him from the dead, you will be saved.

OUR BODY WAS NOT REEDEM AT CONVERSION.

Romans 8:23 (GW) However, not only creation groans. We, who have the Spirit as the first of God's gifts, also groan inwardly. We groan as we eagerly wait for our adoption, the freeing of our bodies {from sin}.

Rom 8:21 that the creation itself also shall be delivered from the bondage of corruption into the liberty of the glory of the children of God. Rom 8:22 For we know that the whole creation groaneth and travaileth in pain together until now. Rom 8:23 And not only so, but ourselves also, who have the first-fruits of the Spirit, even we ourselves groan within ourselves, waiting for our adoption, to wit, the redemption of our body.

OUR VILE BODY WILL BE CHANGE AT THE RETURN OF JESUS.

Philip. 3:20 (KJV) For our conversation is in heaven; from whence also we look for the Saviour, the Lord Jesus Christ: Philip. 3:21 (KJV) Who shall change our vile body, that it may be fashioned like unto his glorious body, according to the working whereby he is able even to subdue all things unto himself.

THE SINS OF THE BODY WILL NOT BE CONQUERED LITERALY BY ALL SAINTS WHILE LIVING ON EARTH.

2 Cor. 5:10 (NASB-U) For we must all appear before the judgment seat of Christ, so that each one may be recompensed for his deeds in the body, according to what he has done, whether good or bad.

When the Lord redeemed us our body was not redeem, it was our spirit and soul. The changes took place in our spirit man. Not the body. The body will still continue to sin. If the believer do not know this they will become worried as to why am I still lusting? And became eaten up with guilt to the point where they experience no peace and joy.

Even though our body were not redeem, we who wanting to live up to certain standard, to please society, must bring our body into subjection, even thou we do not do that to buy salvation. But to prevent Satan from capitalized on it. But to bring this body into subjection take time. We saw belivers at the judgment seat of Christ in heaven being judge for the deeds of the body. That mean they made it in, so not all of us will overcame the deeds of the body, but we all will made it in.

1 Cor. 9:27 (NASB-U)but I discipline my body and make it my slave, so that, after I have preached to others, I myself will not be disqualified.

2 Cor. 2:11 (NASB-U) so that no advantage would be taken of us by Satan, for we are not ignorant of his schemes.

Romans 12:1 (GW)Brothers and sisters, in view of all we have just shared about God's compassion, I encourage you to offer your bodies as living sacrifices, dedicated to God and pleasing to him. This kind of worship is appropriate for you.

2 Cor. 12:7 (NASB-U)Because of the surpassing greatness of the revelations, for this reason, to keep me from exalting myself, there was given me a thorn in the flesh, a messenger of Satan to torment me—to keep me from exalting myself!

SOME THING YOU OVERCAME BY GRACE.

A NEW MIND-SET.

After the lord save a person there are some things that the person must do on their own. All the work is not just up to Jesus. You must developed a different mind set, from the one you have before you were converted. Not a holier that thou mind set but a new mind.

Eph 4:22 That ye put off concerning the former conversation the old man, which is corrupt according to the deceitful lusts; Eph 4:23 And be renewed in the spirit of your mind; Eph 4:24 And that ye put on the new man, which after God is created in righteousness and true holiness. Eph 4:25 Wherefore putting away lying, speak every man truth with his neighbour: for we are members one of another.

GIVE YOURSELF AWAY TO THE THINGS OF GOD.

1Ti 4:13 Till I come, give attendance to reading, to exhortation, to doctrine. 1Ti 4:14 Neglect not the gift that is in thee, which was given thee by prophecy, with the laying on of the hands of the presbytery. 1Ti 4:15 Meditate upon these things; give thyself wholly to them; that thy profiting may appear to all. 1Ti 4:16 Take heed unto thyself, and unto the doctrine; continue in them: for in doing this thou shalt both save thyself, and them that hear thee.
