I t is rumors that one million people are leaving the Church each year. Pastoral life style and hardship are driving the people from the Churches. The people are not finding any help from their Churches. Some of them cannot even bring their problem to the church. They suffer alone in the darkness of the night; with no one to turn to. Each Church supposes to have a councilor on board. The pastors must not lost contact with the people. Pastors must be able to hear the silent cry hiding behind the laughter. The screaming behind the shouting.
HAVING A PLAN TO HELP BELIEVERS IN CRISIS:
Phil 4:3 (NKJV) And I urge you also, true companion, help these women who labored with me in the gospel, with Clement also, and the rest of my fellow workers, whose names are in the Book of Life.
The Church should have a plan to help believers in crisis. A small portion of the tithes should go into a special fund to help members who are jobless, and are in jeopardy of becoming homeless. This could be given as a loan, to help with sickness, death, and burial. Once such programmed is active at the church. A whole herd of hoodlums will migrate upon the Church to deplete the church resources. Here again the Church has to have another plan to weed out the crooks. One woman turns up at a certain Baptist Church seeking financial help. When the pastor check out her case. She has three expensive cars to her name. She was richer than the pastor was. Another woman robbed several churches in Connecticut. She became a member of many churches all at once then within six months of being there, she borrowed $1000 dollars each. The Churches will have to work together.
MUST BE KEPT SECRET:
Financial help should only be made available to genuinely crisis believers. Church robbers will come in to pour out their hearts and robbed the church. Only members in good standing. Not those who are drunkard, lazy, or gamblers. From ancient, there are people who specialized in plundering of temples; spoilers of sacred places. These continue down through the ages. Even to our times.
Acts 19:37 (KJV) For ye have brought hither these men, which are neither robbers of churches, nor yet blasphemers of your goddess.
MEN! HATE TO SEE THEIR WIVES ON THE CHURCH FLOOR:
Another reason why people are leaving the churches. Is this “slaying in the spirit thing” Many pastors feel good when they see people falling down, hitting the church's floor under their preaching. At the same time, the preacher failed to see that the elite class of people hates to see their wives on the floor. Who! Want to see his wife or daughter on the church's floor with their underpants showing! This is the very reason why some people in politics and rich people avoid certain churches. They do not want their family member on the floor.
FAKE MOVEMENT OF THE HOLY SPIRIT:
In the book. “Counterfeit Revival” By, Hank Hanegraaff. Page XIII. He wrote. "Some begin to fake the shaking and eye fluttering symptoms they had been told were signs of the Holy Spirit coming upon them. They hoped the ministry team would recognize the signs of God and rush to their sides, lifting their hands and praying, “More, Lord!” Shaking, laughing, weeping, and eye twitching always ensured that the parishioner would attract the immediate attention of the leaders and their peers.”
We want to see something visible and spectacular happen that we have to make something happen. We failed to see that something happen in the book of the Acts of the Apostles because the believer have love one toward the other. Because the believer bases their experience upon the written and spoken words of God, things happen.
HIRED DROPPERS:
Some people are just hired droppers; these can fall down at a touch of the pastor’s hands. They are trained to fall down. Some of them are paid to fall down. We also have the “Hired Screamers” These can give you a good scream out any time you want. These are trained to behave like that. Do they understand what was said? No. These could be sleeping, upon waking they started screaming. People love excitement, so these hired droppers and hired screamers have their worth. However, the Holy Spirit can give us something better if we live a righteous life in this present world.
Titus 2:12 (KJV)
Teaching us that, denying ungodliness and worldly lusts, we should live soberly, righteously, and godly, in this present world;
Luke 18:29 (KJV)
And he said unto them, Verily I say unto you, There is no man that hath left house, or parents, or brethren, or wife, or children, for the kingdom of God's sake,
Luke 18:30 (KJV)
Who shall not receive manifold more in this present time, and in the world to come life everlasting.
(Note) Leaving them mean to stop living in their shadow. Stop mirroring them. Stop following their sinful tradition.

NO LOVE BEHIND THE MOVEMENT:
One of the driving forces behind the spreading, of the gospel, in the book of Acts was love. People can sense, when there is no love in the church. We have the crying, jumping, and screaming, but where are the love? Children came to Sunday school hungry, and went home hungry. How can we tell such a child about God?
James 2:15 (NKJV) If a brother or sister is naked and destitute of daily food,
James 2:16 (NKJV) and one of you says to them, "Depart in peace, be warmed and filled," but you do not give them the things which are needed for the body, what does it profit?
1 John 4:20 (NKJV) If someone says, "I love God," and hates his brother, he is a liar; for he who does not love his brother whom he has seen, how can he love God whom he has not seen?
1 John 4:21 (NKJV) And this commandment we have from Him: that he who loves God must love his brother also.
John 13:35 (Living Bible) Your strong love for each other will prove to the world that you are my disciples."
