T here is no way you and I are going to lead souls to Christ if we do not have people skills. If the people that you are trying to lead to Christ, see what you are saying as an attack. You have fails to communicate to that person. Apologize and leave the person alone. If the person sees what you are saying as a boast, you have fail in communicating. If you see, that thing is going to turn into an argument. Stop talking, but do not walk away, hear the person out. Then, reply whenever, you get the chance. “I heard you out, and I understand your feeling” Then try to leave. You want to win the person to Christ are win the person as a friend. So next time you both can talk again. An argument is not the first thing you would want.
Our lord commissions us to go out and make disciples of men. Winning souls for Christ is as easy as eating a piece of candy.
THE SPERM OF THE ALMIGHTY.
1 Peter 1:23 (KJV)Being born again, not of corruptible seed, but of incorruptible, by the word of God, which liveth and abideth for ever.
The word of God. The reveal scriptures are call the “sperm of the almighty” You cannot get sinners save without using the word. The Holy Spirit uses the written word and created saving faith in the sinners. The same time you read that scripture to the sinner the Holy Spirit use that scriptures and bring about a conviction upon the sinner, and the sinner is ready to accept Jesus. You can go into the jungle, and read the scripture to a savage, that has never heard the name Jesus, and get that savage bowed to the gospel. It happens all the time.
VERSES THAT YOU NEED TO MEMORIZE.
Acts 4:12 (KJV)Neither is there salvation in any other: for there is none other name under heaven given among men, whereby we must be saved.
Read this scripture to the sinner, what you are saying none-verbally to the sinner is that ‘Mary cannot save you”
John 14:6 (KJV)Jesus saith unto him, I am the way, the truth, and the life: no man cometh unto the Father, but by me.
JESUS IS THE SON OF GOD AND IS EQUAL WITH GOD.

HOW TO LEAD THE SINNER IN THE SINNERS PRAYER.
Just say I feel like praying with you. Hold the person hand and pray for them. Then stop praying and ask the person to reap after you as you pray again. You are getting the sinner to pray the (sinners prayer) without using the word (sinners prayer) Pray, lord I am a sinner, I need your son Jesus, cleanse me from all my sins and come into my heart in Jesus name amen. You want to do it quick before Satan brings one of his troublemakers along to interrupt the whole thing.
READING MATERIALS.
The sinner is going to go home feeling a great peace and joy came over and upon he or she. The sinner has family who belong to other religion. They are going to tell the person that “ You need to keep the Sabbath day holy to be save”“ You need to baptize in Jesus name to be save” “ You need to read the book of Mormon to be save” The plans to confused and discourage the person and drive them right back into hell. Therefore, you need to provide reading materials. To protect the person from the Seven day advents, Jehovah witness, people of the apostolic faith with their baptism in Jesus name and fro the Mormons. LET THE SINNERS KNOW HOW CHRIST FEEL ABOUT THEM.
You cannot make sinners feel that Christ is out to kill them, sent them to hell, and punish them. You are only scaring them and driving them way from God.
John 3:16 (KJV) For God so loved the world, that he gave his only begotten Son, that whosoever believeth in him should not perish, but have everlasting life.
Ezekiel 33:11 (KJV) Say unto them, as I live, saith the Lord God, I have no pleasure in the death of the wicked; but that the wicked turn from his way and live: turn ye, turn ye from your evil ways; for why will ye die, O house of Israel?
Acts 2:21 (KJV) And it shall come to pass, that whosoever shall call on the name of the Lord shall be saved.
Romans 10:13 (KJV)For whosoever shall call upon the name of the Lord shall be saved.
Daniel 12:3 (KJV) And they that be wise shall shine as the brightness of the firmament; and they that turn many to righteousness as the stars for ever and ever. One man in Jamaica commit a crime, the day in court the Judge charge him ten pounds, or two years in prison. He never had the money so he decides if he pretend to be a street preacher, went, and keep some street meeting he might get the money. So he made a drum, and decides to go to a certain district. As he entered the district, he begins to hit the drum and cried out “yet forty days and Nineveh shall be destroyed” He converted the whole town, and he himself was not a Christian.
Our lord calls us into the kingdom strictly to win souls. Any body can win soul. It is just a matter of training.
WHY WE NEED TO WIN SOULS.
Eccles. 9:18 (KJV)Wisdom is better than weapons of war: but one sinner destroyeth much good.
Luke 15:7 (KJV)I say unto you, that likewise joy shall be in heaven over one sinner that repenteth, more than over ninety and nine just persons, which need no repentance.
Luke 15:10 (KJV) Likewise, I say unto you, there is joy in the presence of the angels of God over one sinner that repenteth.
You do not see the damage that one sinner can do. One-man rape a little girl and her intestine came out. It only takes one Hitler to kill more that eight millions Jews, and some twenty million Russians.
(1) DO NOT APPEAR TOO RIGHTEOUS AND HOLY.
Sinners are afraid to talk to holy, holy people. You must be able to joke, laugh answer their questions, be one of them but not like them. Above all, you have to be kind. One of my minister friend say he do not hugged lady, may be he is afraid that some of the ladies sugar might rub off on him. When I hugged them, I refuse to let go. They have to push me off. You have to be a part of people, be one of them. When they have trouble, you must be the lost one to leave. When they were save, you must give them time to get perfect. Pretend not to see that they sin, do not make any heavy doctrine that will broke their back and give to them. The Holy Spirit will teach them what they need to know. What I am actually saying here is that your attitude must be right.
Proverbs 11:30 (KJV) The fruit of the righteous is a tree of life; and he that winneth souls is wise.
1 Cor. 9:19-23 (KJV) For though I be free from all men, yet have I made myself servant unto all, that I might gain the more. [20] And unto the Jews I became as a Jew, that I might gain the Jews; to them that are under the law, as under the law, that I might gain them that are under the law; [21] To them that are without law, as without law, (being not without law to God, but under the law to Christ,) that I might gain them that are without law. [22] To the weak became I as weak, that I might gain the weak: I am made all things to all men, that I might by all means save some. [23] And this I do for the gospel's sake, that I might be partaker thereof with you.
(2) TOOLS FOR SOUL WINNING.
Gospel tracts, gospel tracts and gospel tracts. First, choose out good gospel tracts. The gospel tracts must be able to teach the person something rather that becoming a Christian. Not all of my gospel tracts start out like a gospel tract, or even look like the regular gospel tracts. For example, the title for one of my tracts are”” How to loose weight” How to make money” How to find a job” How to set up a good relationship” How to find a mate” Even if the person did not get saved he she must learn something from the gospel tract.
(3) WHO AND HOW TO GIVE THE TRACT.
There are many method of giving out gospel tracts. One you can set the tract up like a trap. Put one in a book at the library, put it at some place where it can be found. Every body hides and read gospel tracts. You can leave one in the toilet. No more that one, or Satan will cause the clean up people to say the whole place is filled up with church stuff.
WHERE NOT TO PUT GOSPEL TRACTS.
Do not leave it in people mailbox, nor put it on their cars. No on their doorstep, or in the door handle.
(4) A DIRECT APPROACH.
Do not give to any body and any body. If you are giving it by the street sides and a company of people is coming try hitting all of them, because the one that did not get will feel offended.
However, it is best to wait until you feel a strong urges to give one to a certain person, them you give the person. Not because you feel the leading of the Spirit to give to that person that does not mean that, the person is going to take it. If the person refuses it, the Holy Spirit will use that refusal to bring the person under conviction.
WATCH OUT FOR THE SUBJECT CHANGERS.
A subject changer is a person, who came along directly to change the subject. This is his/her way of insulting, but they do it very discreetly. Some of them even apologies before they do it.”” I just want to speak to you for a minute, may I cut in? He only wants one minutes but stayed for twenty. This is a rude and nasty person. Often time already upset and do not know how to deal with it, he she just walking around with a chip on the shoulder, looking for trouble. The best way to deal with a subject changer, is to look around to see if he she is there before you start a conversation, are if you are in one and saw them he she coming, drop the conversation right away, before the person get the chance to change it.
SOME WILL NEVER BE SAVED, DO NOT WASTE TIME.
No matter what you are going to do with a swine, the swine will always be a swine, the only good thing that can ever came out of it is to roast his bacon over fire. Do not waste time with some people; take the gospel to seekers and to men of goodwill. When you came upon a world wise person let he she talks themselves out. Then say it was good listening to you, say good by and be gone. Try to end it good so as not to give grudge the chance to grow.
Galatians 4:11 (KJV)I am afraid of you, lest I have bestowed upon you labour in vain.
Matthew 7:6 (KJV) Give not that which is holy unto the dogs, neither cast ye your pearls before swine, lest they trample them under their feet, and turn again and rend you.
LISTEN TO THE PERSON COMPLAINS.
If the person wants to talk, listen, listen, and again listen. Not silent but listen. Do not make it look like you want the person to move away. Find something in what they say to agree with. If you cannot win him to Christ, win him as a friend. Do not get into an argument. If the person want a verbal fight just apologies for approaching him without proper timing, and ask your leave.
HE GOT SAVED NOW SO WHAT NEXT?
If the person was save, you must Follow them up with other reading materials. Materials that that will cause them to grew in the faith. DO NOT TROUBLE PEOPLE LIFE.
Let God change the people life in his own time. God want people to go through their baby stage. It takes time to get holy. God want people to taste and see.

Missionary went to a certain village to preach to the people, the whole village turns to Christ. Then the missionary command the chieftain to put away his wives and keep one wife only. The chieftain does not know which five wives to put away. Not only that, but also those women are daughters of other chieftain, to put them away for no apparent reason but religious reason, is an insult. Those women use their influence against the missionaries. The missionary cannot go to any of the village those women came from, and finally the chieftain from the first village rejected the gospel and killed the missionaries. Christians always are the first ones to disrespect other people customs, we must respect people customs. Make God change it with time himself.
DO NOT GET YOURSELF CUT UP, WHEN YOU CAN LIVE TO BRING MORE PEOPLE TO CHRIST.
The bible said that a deacon must have one wife, a bishop must have one wife, and any body that want to hold any of those two office, must have only one wife. Do not trouble people life. Why should you get kill over how many holes people want to put their marbles in? I am not saying you and I must have more than one wife. Do not get clabbered over it.
1 Tim. 3:2 (KJV) A bishop then must be blameless, the husband of one wife, vigilant, sober, of good behaviour, given to hospitality, apt to teach;
1 Tim. 3:12 (KJV) Let the deacons be the husbands of one wife, ruling their children and their own houses well.
Titus 1:6 (KJV) If any be blameless, the husband of one wife, having faithful children not accused of riot or unruly.
If the person is living in a common law marriage, refer to them as wife and husband. If they say that, they are not married. Just say you are pronouncing it on them. You are believing and exercising faith on their part. If the person is a smoker, gambler, and drinker, just tell them about Jesus and what he can do for them, leave their life style alone, picking on their sins is only going to drive then on the defensive. He she is going to tell you about a Christians who they know doing worst thing.
DO NOT ATTACK OTHER PEOPLE RELIGIOUS.
Christians are the first one to disrespect other people religions. Always getting into trouble with Muslims, by telling them that they do not know God, and disrespect and insult their holy book. If a Rasta comes to Christ let him stay with his hair until he decides to change it on his own. May be the lord want him to keep his dreads so as to make it easy for him to go among other dreads and witness to them. The change is not an external change but a heart one.
VERSES YOU WILL NEED TO KNOW TO BE A SOUL WINNER.
Proverbs 3:6 (KJV) In all thy ways acknowledge him, and he shall direct thy paths.
Begin, continue, and end every work, purpose, and plan with God. Self-sufficiency and self-confidence have been the ruin of mankind ever since the fall. Man's sin has been to live independently of God. True religion consists of full acknowledgment of God in all human affairs (Proverbs 3:5).
CHRIST MUST DIE.
