To use another word that has become common in Europe, he was “Mobbed.” In Germany, where peter lives, an estimated 1.2 million people suffer from mobbing at the workplace. In the Netherlands, 1 in 4 people will face it at some point in their working life. And a report by the International Labour Organization says that mobbing is an increasing problem in Australia, Austria, Britain, Denmark, Sweden, and the United States. But just what is mobbing? According to the German news magazine focus, mobbing is “ frequent, reported, and systematic harassment.” More than workplace banter- which might include sarcasm, criticism, teasing, and practical jokes- mobbing is a campaign of psychological terror. The goal is to make the victim an outcast. The tactics of harassment range from childish antagonism to criminal injury. The target is subjected to character assassination, verbal abuse, aggressive behavior, and the cold shoulder treatment.” Awake May 8, 2004. Workplace or war zone.
JOB SCARE, AND JOBLESS PANIC.
As the end of time get near and nearer, there will be a populations explosions. Not only that, but people are living longer today. Old ones are holding on to their jobs, and younger ones coming from collage cannot find a job. Job became hard, as people are migrating from other country to find work wherever they can. Because of this job scared mentality senor workers are setting up new workers to get fired.
OVERTIME FRENZIE.
One of the main causes for workplace harassment and violence is the overtime frenzies. For example, a worker getting $10 US per hour. Any thing over 40 hours is consider overtime. This overtime can be from time on a half to double time. $10 per hours became $15. For the straight time of 40 hours at $10 per hours would net the employees $400. For a twenty hours overtime that would net the employees $300. When new employees came on the over time is cut out, this make some employees very angry, because they have a new car payment to make and was counting on that over time to pay for their new car. Every hour became real hell for that new employees, I have seen employees cry due to what other done to them on the job. Trying to get them to cut and run away from the job.
HOW COULD THE AGGRESSORS GET AWAY WITH SUCH CRIMES?
First they lay the groundwork. They became friend of the supervisors, and friend of the bass. They lick boots here, suck up, give a blowjob, and carry news here and there, which is lies or half-truth. After they became friends of the people in authority Whatsoever they do from is ok. I was fired from one job without even given the privilege to speak up in my behalf, six months after I was fired, there was a fall out among the men and things begin to leak out, the boss learn the truth and sent back for me. By then I already get another job and scared to go back into that hellhole of a place. Bosses who love to take gossips, from suck ups, and love blowjobs always end up in the back pockets of uneducated fools. I am not mad at a man if he get free blow jobs, from a suck up, but he should not let it get to his second head.
HOW THE WORKPLACE HARASMENT IS CARRIED OUT.
The aggressor do it in a way that it became an amusement to others, since it is an amusement all the other workers look foreword to the amusement. A way to release from the home stresses.
Like a rapist who is goring his victims enjoying his work of inflicting pain to the woman so these employees enjoys inflicting pains upon the new arrival, who cut them out of their overtime money.
HOW TO PROTECT YOURSELF:
Document the situation, time, date, what was done to you and how it was done. Most of all the troublemakers name, rank and duty. You need to write a letter with all the details to the supervisor showing what is happening to you, and requested a meeting with the troublemakers to fix the problem. You want the problem to be dealt with in your presents you and all the others who are involve, not behind you. You will need to keep a copy of the letter, do not hand write it. Do not forget to sign and date it.
If the problem continues, write a second letter to the person above the supervisor, and attach the first letter to it. Making the same complains and same request. If the problem continues write another letter one step further up the line. Always keep a copy. Your lawyer or the unemployment office will need to look at these. Do not try to get the person fired; try for peacefully working condition between you all. Remembering that you are trampling on their grounds, that they are people and people will always be people. Do not make verbal complains, verbal complains is nothing more that gossips. Give the person chance to give their side of the story, and the best way to do this is to put it in writing.
DO NOT COMPLAIN ON EVERY LITTLE THING.
Do not keep responding verbally. Needling is invented to let you blow your top, get rude and loud. Do not fall into the traps.
DO NOT FORGET TO USE FORGIVNESS.
One nurse insulted me on the job. I was told to make a complain and if I do she will get fire because she was told that one more complains will get her fire. I never make the complain, I make an excuse and went home instead.
BIBICAL PRESCRIPTION ON KEEPING YOUR JOB.
Col 3:22 Servants, obey in all things them that are your masters according to the flesh; not with eye-service, as men-pleasers, but in singleness of heart, fearing the Lord: Col 3:23 whatsoever ye do, work heartily, as unto the Lord, and not unto men;
1 Peter 2:18 Servants, be subject to your masters with all fear; not only to the good and gentle, but also to the froward.
Titus 2:9 Exhort servants to be obedient unto their own masters, and to please them well in all things; not answering again;
Ephes. 6:5-6 Servants, be obedient to them that are your masters according to the flesh, with fear and trembling, in singleness of your heart, as unto Christ; [6] Not with eyeservice, as menpleasers; but as the servants of Christ, doing the will of God from the heart;
1 Tim. 6:2 And they that have believing masters, let them not despise them, because they are brethren; but rather do them service, because they are faithful and beloved, partakers of the benefit. These things teach and exhort.
DO NOT CALL OFF FOR NO REASON:
Proverbs 22:29 Seest thou a man diligent in his business? he shall stand before kings; he shall not stand before mean men.
If it is possible go to work, because when you call of it put them into a jam, others will have to work do your work for the same pay.
IF YOU HAVE PROBLEM OBEYING A SUPERVISOR WHO ARE LESS THAN YOU.
You should consider starting your own buisness.
1 Thes. 4:11 And that ye study to be quiet, and to do your own business, and to work with your own hands, as we commanded you;
Above all things, remember that even a bad job is better than no job, and the hardest jog is to be seeking a job.
GOD GAVE ALL HIS PEOPLE BINDING AND LOSING POWERS.
Proverbs 29:2 (KJV) When the righteous are in authority, the people rejoice: but when the wicked beareth rule, the people mourn.
Eccles. 7:7 (NASB) For oppression makes a wise man mad, And a bribe corrupts the heart.
You cannot survive as a servant of God when you have wicked and nasty people ruling over you, in any department. Job, Church, school, home or government. If you cannot vote out certain people out of leading authority you must pray them out. It only takes two of you, or three in a joint prayer to do it.
Matthew 18:19 (NASB) "Again I say to you, that if two of you agree on earth about anything that they may ask, it shall be done for them by My Father who is in heaven.
The word "again" means "once more" and evidently points to a repeat of the truth of Matthew 18:18, that every believer can have power to bind and loose. It is expressed here in another form: anything asked for by any two in agreement shall be done.

How does a person become a Christian, and are sure that he/she is save? First the person must know that he/she is a sinner and need deliverance from the lord.

Galatians 3:22 (KJV) But the scripture hath concluded all under sin, that the promise by faith of Jesus Christ might be given to them that believe.
THE SINNER MUST BELIEVE THAT THERE IS A GOD:
Hebrews 11:6 NKJV But without faith it is impossible to please Him, for he who comes to God must believe that He is, and that He is a rewarder of those who diligently seek Him.
THE SINNER MUST BELIEVE THAT GOD IS READY TO FORGIVE HIM:
Isaiah 55:7 (KJV)Let the wicked forsake his way, and the unrighteous man his thoughts: and let him return unto the Lord, and he will have mercy upon him; and to our God, for he will abundantly pardon.
THE SINNER MUST BELIEVE THAT CHRIST DIED FOR HIM:

Romans 5:8 (KJV)But God commendeth his love toward us, in that, while we were yet sinners, Christ died for us.

MUST BELIEVE THAT GOD CAN KEEP HIM:

THE SINNER MUST MAKE A DECISION TODAY:

2 Cor. 6:2 (KJV) (For he saith, I have heard thee in a time accepted, and in the day of salvation have I succoured thee: behold, now is the accepted time; behold, now is the day of salvation.)
BOW YOUR HEAD AND PRAY THIS PRAYER:
Lord I am a sinner and need your salvation. Forgive all my sins. I accept your son Jesus as my savior today.

DROP ALL PRE-CONCEIVE IDEAS OF CHRISTIANITY:
Drop all preconceived ideas of Christianity because these conflict with the reality of Christianity. The lord will live the life through you day by day. You do not drop things from your life on your own. The spirit of God will walk you out of sins in his own time.
FIRST HUMBLING YOU:
Ephes. 2:8-9 (KJV)For by grace are ye saved through faith; and that not of yourselves: it is the gift of God: [9] Not of works, lest any man should boast.
If you stop sins and get holy before God’s timing you will begin to boast how it is your own magnetism got you so far, then you became a source of discouragement to others. Therefore, you are going to stuck upon a sin or two. The sin always getting the better of you. This will push you to always accept God’s grace, and to see your own frailness.
1 John 1:8 (KJV) If we say that we have no sin, we deceive ourselves, and the truth is not in us.
TO CONTINUE GROWING IN GOD:
1 Peter 2:2 (KJV) As newborn babes, desire the sincere milk of the word, that ye may grow thereby:
2 Peter 1:5-10 (NKJV) But also for this very reason, giving all diligence, add to your faith virtue, to virtue knowledge, 6 to knowledge self-control, to self-control perseverance, to perseverance godliness, 7 to godliness brotherly kindness, and to brotherly kindness love. 8 For if these things are yours and abound, you will be neither barren nor unfruitful in the knowledge of our Lord Jesus Christ. 9 For he who lacks these things is shortsighted, even to blindness, and has forgotten that he was cleansed from his old sins. 10 Therefore, brethren, be even more diligent to make your call and election sure, for if you do these things you will never stumble.

FINDING OUT YOUR CALLING:
When I was newly save, the believers always, ask me if I know the will of God for my life! I never really know what they were talking about. Every person that was saved had a mission and a gift. However, because you are just a babe in Christ you do not know any of these. As you go on with the lord his will for you will unfolds day bay day. Do not run off and make any big commitment. Your mate has to be tailor made for you by God. You are now a citizen of heaven. Heaven does not rule by democracy. You cannot serve God with democratic mind set.
WHAT YOU MUST DROP OFF:
Hebrews 12:1 (Living Bible) Since we have such a huge crowd of men of faith watching us from the grandstands, let us strip off anything that slows us down or holds us back, and especially those sins that wrap themselves so tightly around our feet and trip us up; and let us run with patience the particular race that God has set before us.
Ephes. 4:31 (Living Bible) Stop being mean, bad-tempered, and angry. Quarreling, harsh words, and dislike of others should have no place in your lives.
Col. 3:8 (Living Bible) but now is the time to cast off and throw away all these rotten garments of anger, hatred, cursing, and dirty language.
GET A GOOD BIBLE, FIND A GOOD CHURCH:
One of the best Bibles out there is the New King James Version. Dake’s annotated Bible is very good. Next, you need a living bible to make some thing simple.
Hebrews 10:25 (Living Bible) Let us not neglect our church meetings, as some people do, but encourage and warn each other, especially now that the day of his coming back again is drawing near.
PROTECTING YOURSELF FROM BEING SPOILED BY MAN:
Col. 2:8 (KJV)Beware lest any man spoil you through philosophy and vain deceit, after the tradition of men, after the rudiments of the world, and not after Christ.
Hebrews 13:9 (KJV) Be not carried about with divers and strange doctrines. For it is a good thing that the heart be established with grace; not with meats, which have not profited them that have been occupied therein.
Seven Ways that People Can Spoil Christians:
1. Through philosophy (Col. 2:8)
2. Through vain deceit (Col. 2:4,8,18-19)
3. Through human traditions (Col. 2:8)
4. Through human religion and world principles contrary to the gospel (Col. 2:8,14-23; note, §Galatians 4:3)
5. Through circumcision (Col. 2:11-13; Acts 15:1; Romans 4:9-16; Galatians 5:1-11)
6. Through the law of Moses, demanding observance of the laws on meats, drinks, holy days, new moons, feasts, and sabbaths (Col. 2:14-17)
7. Through cults that puff up and imitate the gospel (Col. 2:18-23)
By all these means, unsuspecting souls are being carried off as plunder and booty by false teachers. The founders of false religions and human philosophies which pamper the flesh and give their victims elated feelings of importance make an appeal to them.
Christianity is loaded down with some false concept. Some little believe system, which are spread by false believers. One of such teaching is that you must “Look like Christians” How does Christians look? Genuine Christianity is not an external thing but of the heart and spirit.
Micah 6:8 (KJV)He hath shewed thee, O man, what is good; and what doth the Lord require of thee, but to do justly, and to love mercy, and to walk humbly with thy God?
When cults capture a newly converted Christians, the cult first job on that new believer is to close their mind. Preventing the new believer from reading any material from other churches. So that new believer will never get out of their trap.
YOUR HORMONE DOES NOT STOP WORKING WITH CHRISTIANITY:
Philip. 3:20-21 (KJV)For our conversation is in heaven; from whence also we look for the Saviour, the Lord Jesus Christ: [21] Who shall change our vile body, that it may be fashioned like unto his glorious body, according to the working whereby he is able even to subdue all things unto himself.
Romans 8:23 (KJV) And not only they, but ourselves also, which have the firstfruits of the Spirit, even we ourselves groan within ourselves, waiting for the adoption, to wit, the redemption of our body.
Our bodies were not save at conversion. The work of redemption took place in your spirit man. Our body will be redeemed at the return of our lord. We are still waiting for the redemption of our body.
According to Philip 3:20-21 and Romans 8:23. You are still going to have urges. You have to present your body to the lord as a living sacrifice. Not dead one. Living sacrifice give trouble, you will have trouble keeping that body tied to the altar. However, as you and I grow in the lord what seem impossible will be quite possible.
