April 24th,2000..a day after my birthday. I get an e-mail saying "Hi Happy Birthday. My name is Stacey. I am home schooled and 13 years old but not for long. I'm going to be 14 next month. Because I'm home schooled, I don't have many friends. Can I be your friend? I'm nice and I'll do what those peeps do on your message center do and call you Leeeza. Can I post on that place? Please! I will not cause trouble. I'm nice."
How do I remember all of that? I printed it out and it hangs on my wall, framed. Through the time Stacey has been here, she's done a lot of growing up. High school and for the longest time, Stacey posted how she can't wait for her first: menstral cycle, date and kiss. They all came to be. Lucky for her not on the same day. :) Yes Stacey, you can be my friend because you are and always will be. :) Stacey is a soph in a public H.S. and lives in Central Texas, USA.
