We had a surprising large turn out for this event considering it was held on the Thursday instead of the Friday. Well everyone arrived at the Roller Rink at about 7 pm. We got our rollerblades on. Yep, who uses rollerskates nowadays, oh wait Travis does, well he did for the first part of the night lol.
Near the end of the night the last thing we did we have a competition. What is rollerblading without some kind of competition. The game....Crack The Whip!!!! In the end the declared winning team was Travis' team. But according my secret radar gun they were only moving 1 km/hr. TOO SLOW if you ask me!! Unlike Burt's team that was clocked at a whoping 33.9 km/hr!! (Note: Speeds may not be accurate We left rollerworld at about 9 pm and headed back to the church. We had our Dr. Phil time upstairs in the youth room. At about 10 pm everyone started to head home since we all had school the next morning. |
). All in favour of removing the win from Travis' team on the count of super slowness and giving the award to Burt's team on account of insane fastness, say I!! Humm, I don't hear anyone. That is odd, lol!!
