At the start all the girls are sent out of the room. Then the guys sit and link themselves together. You link your arms and legs together as tightly as your can (within comfort lol). After the guys think that they are link up tight enough the girls are called into the room.

The object for the girls is to unlink all the guys and pull them out of the 'circle'. As you can figure the object for the guys is too stay in the circle as long as they possible can. This requires a lot of strength because you may have 4 or 5 girls working on 1 guy.

A time limit should be set, perhaps like 5 minutes depending upon the number of people this limit can be extended.
