they just get more cool
The areal is resessed into the passenger side fender and all the seems have been filled along with the holes for many trim and badges that were removed.
The front hubcaps shown in the picture above are moon bullets screwed to EJ holden hubcaps that have a modified valiant 14" trim ring mounted to them, most people say they thought the habcaps were one peice. these hubcaps seem to catch everyones eye.
Although I have a soft spot for hot grey's this car runs a red 179 HP mill that is bored to 192 CI , it runs big ports and valves, 30/70 cam with alloy gear and has been balanced, the ignition is bosch electronic, fuel pump is electric and current carb is a holley.
The exhuast (wich is always getting in the way of the ground) is 2 1/2" from the tube headers till it splits into two just before it reaches the diff and has two badly burn't and scraped 2" chrome pipes out the back wich have flamethrowers.
The hurst shifter shifts a tricked tri-matic wich twists a EH tail shaft to get the torana 3:36 diff to turn the HD holden rims at the rear. Brakes are HR holden all round with disc on the front and a VH 44 booster is used. Suspension is HR at the front and the rear is FC with 1extra leaf added to reduce axle tramp these springs are lowered 3" and have also had the eyes reversed to get it low and still leave some arch in the spring this still didnt look satasfactoy so I added some lowering blocks.
nside iis trimmed with white vinyl and blue pipng thanks to my wife Michelle who had never used a sewing machine before she took it on.The rear door trims have cut down FC armrests for extra comfort in the back while the front doors have electric windows that i made from junk. The dash is chromed with a chrome panel underneath to accomadate the chrome toggle switches to operate the arial, suspension, engine fans, blue dots, heater and claxton aah oogah horn, there are buttons and switchs on the drivers door to operate the windows and cruise control and there is a red button in the eye on the skull shift knob that operates the flamethrwers. There is a AWA FE-FC holden valve radio in the lower centre with a chrome cluster that has 3 smiths guages in it.the stereo has two amps under the seat and is 1100 watts witch is good for pumping out stuff like stray cats and features the only 1950's style subwoofer ive ever seen.
