 
If you are wondering just what the whole CCS everywhere on this site is about you've come to the right place.
CCS stands for Card Captor Sakura, which is an anime about a girl that stumbles into the world of magic. Sakura Avalon (I am using her Americanized name cause I live in the U.S and that's what I know her by) hears this strange noise at the age of ten and decides to investigate, discovering that the noise is going from a book with the name Clow on it. She opens it, which not just anyone could open only people with magic in their bloodline can, and sends all the cards inside called Clow Cards all over the city she lives in. Then a guardian beast, Kero, who looks like a stuffed animal guides the now rookie Card Captor to get all the cards back into the book.
Along the way she has the help of her video camera filming best friend, Madison Taylor, who I am almost certain of is a first cousin to Sakura (their moms are sisters, or something like that). Then she gets made the target of a very angered Chinese boy named Li Shoran. He is a descendent of the man, Clow Reed, that created the Clow Cards and makes it his duty to get them back telling Sakura she is worthy and stuff.
After alot of time together and saving each other, Sakura and Li come to have a mutual respect towards one another. But it is hard for Li to be around Sakura when his own cousin, Meilin Rae comes from China to help him and with Sakura's older brother, Tori, calling him a brat because of his first encounter with Sakura.
Then enters mysterious dreams that Sakura has and finds out that people are watching her and judging her. One of them is the other guardian of the Clow (Kero is the Sun Guardian), named Yue, who is the Moon Guardian and also lives inside Julian Star's body. Julian is the best friend of Tori and his hidden magic is what first attracts both Sakura and Li to him.
Then another enemy/friend enters the picture later on named Eriol, who is the reincarnation of Clow Reed. His companions are a little black stuffed animal named Suppi-chan and a very active young girl who is like Yue/Julian hiding her magic self. Also Eriol has the companion of a woman known as Ms. Mackenzie, who was the teacher to Sakura, Madison, Meilin, and Li for math. Ms. Mackenzie is actually a sorceress, although not as powerful as Sakura is, who is destined to be the most powerful sorceress ever.
