Other: Although Mya is the oldest horse at Legacy Farms, she is also an excellent broodmare who produces gorgeous foals. She was born and raised on a ranch and grew up cutting cattle and barrel racing. She was very fast and agile, able to make the sharp turns required easily. At the age of 7 y/o, she was sold to a lady who began working with her on eventing. She took to jumping and ended up jumping 4’6”, although she never did well with dressage. She was kept jumping until she was 18 y/o and then she was retired to broodmare. Now she has slight arthritis in her knees, which can be controlled with medication.
