Legacy Farms will be allowing Mini Barns to be set up on the premisis. Legacy Farms is a top quality breeding, training and showing farm. The facilities include:

  • 20m X 60m Outdoor Dressage Ring
  • 20m X 60m Covered Dressage Ring (has sides that can be dropped down in bad weather and in winter)
  • Outdoor Show Jumping Ring
  • Indoor Jumping Ring
  • Cross Country Course with fences ranging from 18" up.
  • Miles of trails, a small waterfall, a lake great for swimming in the summer, and a river with both deep and shallow sections
  • Round Pen
  • Equinciser
  • Equine Swimming Pool


    All Mini-Barns at Legacy Farms will be allowed to share the training facilities of Legacy Farms

    If you would like to have a mini barn at Legacy Farms, PM Saddle with the following information:

    Check of $1000 (for rent):


    For the low fee of $1,000 a month, you will get a barn with up to 20 stalls located on the grounds of Legacy Farms, and a paddock for every 2 stalls. (horses are herd animals, the only horses that should be alone are stallions, so if you only own stallions, please make note of this so i can accomodate for you)

    Mini Barn Rules
  • The barn name must start with LF or have the word Legacy in the name.
  • No more than 20 stalls can be used
  • You are responsible for all care of your horses, including buying feed and vet and farrier care
  • A mini barn has no facilities that it owns except for the barn and paddocks itself. All other facilites are shared with Legacy Farms.
  • Mini Barns can not hold shows, train or give lessons
  • Any mistreatment of horses or other animals will result in the loss of your mini barn.
  • Mini Barns should be kept up to date, and all links should be working.
