| The St Johns the Evangelist Church building was once very beautiful. Unfortuately it is now in a state of disrepair. It needs to be moved about 200 yards and be refurbished. If you can assist this worthwhile project in any way, please contact us. |

| February 2003 Update Sadly, this fine building has been demolished. Funds could not be raised in time to move the building, and the property owners leveled it and hauled the debris away. Too many historic buildings face this same fate. It is important that we work harder to try to protect our history. |
