Captain Braynick was then promoted to Admiral, leaving Draka, Captain of the Cascade. The Cacade went on a few brief missions, including when Draka lead the ship on the rescue of the U.S.S. Frontier and a ouple other ships against Romulans. Shortly thereafter Draka received word from a childhood friend that a rebellion to overthrow the government of his homeworld was placed in danger by Romulan forces assissting the government forces. Draka pleaded for help from Admiral Braynick but was ordered to remain where he was. After hiring a crew of mercenarys Draka hijacked the Cascade and made a run for the Fed/Romulan Neutral Zone . The Cascade was headed off by other vessels and surrendered rather than fight other FDTF ships. Draka was investigated and stripped of his captaincy...reduced to the rank of Lt Commander. He found a position aboard the U.S.S. Frontier under Captain Parry as Operations offic! er. He served on the ship when they fought Section 31 at the station Deep Space 9. While the crew was on shore leave during the Frontiers repairs Draka and Captain Parry were spendng time together when something from her past resurfaced...leading to the kidnapping of them both. After a torture filled time the Frontier crew came to the rescue. After an abrted diplomatic mission the Frontier and her crew raced to find a stolen Genesis device in the hands of Romulans. Draka served proudly with now Admiral Parry and Captain Datcher of the Frontier to successfully complete the mission.
