Originally from Daytona, Noah attended Starfleet Academy in San
Francisco.
He graduated the Academy in 2360. His first assignment was the USS
Hood as
its Chief Engineer. He rose quickly in the ranks and became the XO of
the
USS Hood. After that, the name Hood became synonymous with space
exploration
and travel. After the Dominion War, he joined the FDTF aboard the USS Empire. Soon afterwards, he took a position as Captain of the USS Cyclone. Yet his greatest renown came from being promoted Executive Officer of the FDTF in 2377. By 2374, Noah had earned an impressive list of commendations from Starfleet, including the Palm Leaf of Axanar peace Mission, the Grankite Order of tactics (class of excellence), and the Pre-antares Ribbon of Commendation (classes first and second). Noah's awards for valor include the Medal of Honor, the Silver Palm with Cluster, the Starfleet Citation for Conspicuous Gallantry, and the Kragite Order of Heroism. Noah is a tough, but fair leader who is not afraid to take chances, while his intelligence, thoughtfulness, dedication and diplomacy have earned him respect and recognition as one of the best in Starfleet |
