Untouchable Beauty

Untouchable Beauty
by Sean Colon

Smooth golden hair
Scarlet red cheeks
A smile that impales the heart
A kiss that leaves men senseless
How can one not think of thee
From sunrise to sunset
How can one not stare in awe
At thy beauty and thy grace
Thy flower covered blouse
Which remains in constant bloom
How thy hair falls around thy ears
How the mere thought of thy hands
Caressing thy hair makes me faint with desire
Whatever distress that befalls thee
Or event that dismays thee
Will I suffer ten fold for thee
Thou leaves me idle here with
No love, no affection, no answer
Yet I must follow thee indefinitely
And be thy guardian angel
Thou may not have the slightest care
But without thee I am lost
Like a lost kitten who has never purred
Or a lost bird who has never flown

Everyday without thee
Is a day lost in time
A day with no meaning
a day of insanity
Do tell why thou tortures me
Why thou curses me with silence
Hope is my walking stick
And you my path
It is a never-ending path
And I shall live a life of walking
Walking for thy love
Walking for thy beauty
Walking for thy happiness

In my stomach resides a knot
It was binded when I first saw thee
And has tightened with each day without thee
Only thy love can end my pain
Only thy passion can give me the wings to fly
Until then I am grounded
With my head in my hands
Only with my lust of thee
A spate in my mind
Until I will myself up
And walk
Walk down that path
With my staff of hope in hand
Thump Thump Clack
Thump Thump Clack
Thump Thump …….
