It ended with a tie breaker round between 3 contestants: Shannan, Josh, and Shelby Marie. We began to stick needles in them, as the first one who backed down would be eliminated. Shelby Marie was this person, and became the second person eliminated. Tonight, the contestants make their way west to the Rockies of Boulder, Colorado, with a final stunt with a twist you won't want to miss! What is it? And who will be eliminated? I think I can win easily." * Bettina: "I'm just laying back a little in the game, trying to relax and enjoy the good times, the sites, all that stuff. Michael may think he doesn't have competition, but he will see in the final rounds he does." * The contestants reach the Colorado River, as they begin to walk along its banks. * Shannan: "I don't really find too much enjoyment in this game anymore. Its getting really stressful, and I find myself wanting to quit. But I don't. I keep on telling myself to keep playing." * Josh: "What happened in the last round, I don't know. I guess fear really took over me. I felt too confident that last round. This time, I'm going to harder, and hopefully make it through." * All 4 contestants approach Cat Spasms. "And then there were four." he stated, "How are those four doing?" The usual mixed answers was the response. "Well, one thing is for sure: You won't be four much longer. Fairly soon, there will only be 3. And it can be any one of you who will leave next. Ready for your first stunt?" "Bring it on!" Josh yelled. 4 kayaks were paddled out into the Colorado River Rapids, each with a lit tourch on the top. "WE ARE GOING SURVIVOR STYLE! YOU WILL EACH GET IN ONE OF THESE FOUR KAYAKS WITH A TOURCH ATTACHED. THE FIRE OF THE TOURCH REPRESENTS YOUR LIFE IN THE CHALLENGE. YOU WILL BE PADDLING IN THESE RAPIDS, TRYING TO GET EACH OTHERS FLAMES OUT. THE ORDER THEY GO OUT DETERMINES THE AMOUNT OF POINTS YOU EARN. FIRST OUT IS NONE, SECOND OUT IS 10, THIRD OUT IS 25, AND THE WINNER OF THE CHALLENGE IS 50." "So, everyone, get into your kayaks." All four did. Bettina and Michael whispered to each other. "GO!" The contestants began to paddle out into the rapids. * Josh: "I'd NEVER been kayaking before, so I wasn't sure at all what to expect. And I wasn't expecting the rapids to be so strong." * Josh's kayak capsized, his tourch being put out. Immediatly a rescue crew pulled him out from under the water. Shannan paddled over to see what had happened. "THE CHALLENGE IS STILL GOING ON." "Is he Okay?" Shannan asked concerned. Bettina and Michael paddled towards Shannan. "KEEP GOING! THE CHALLENGE ISN'T OVER." Michael whacked his paddle at the torch hard, as Bettina scooped water towards Shannan's tourch. "What the--" Shannan exclaimed. Shannan's flame went out. * Shannan: "I wasn't at ALL expecting them to gang up on me...I should have known better." * "ITS DOWN TO BETTINA AND MICHAEL." Michael began to try and knock Bettina's tourch out of its hold, as Bettina tried to push Michael's paddle away. Michael suddenly moved his paddle up, as Bettina then lossed her balance. Her kayak rolled onto its side, and her tourch went out. Rescue workers, having just gotten Josh to shore, straighened out Bettina's kayak. "MICHAEL WINS THE CHALLENGE!" "WOO HOO!" Michael celebrated. * Michael: "I think Bettina's and my alliance in that challenge really helped me out a lot. Boy it felt great to win!" * Bettina: "Well, I was planning on after forming that quick alliance with Michael at the beginning to get Josh, then Michael, and finally Shannan out, since Michael wouldn't have been expecting it. However, things didn't work out as I planned. I still have 25 points though!" * "Great job to you all today. You all definetly tried. However, we still have two more challenges. But first, lets dry off and get a bite to eat!" * *** * At the dinner table in the local McDonalds(Hey, we're low on funding after being sued for the the bad Cajun Music in the last episode!), the following discussions were brought up: Host: Alright, last discussion topic was a little depressing, but guess what? The Holidays are ALREADY upon us! After all, Christmas is ONLY a total of 68 days away! And Macy's already has a Christmas Tree! Host: I don't really shop too much for Christmas, gift ideas just click into my mind when I see stuff. However, it comes to my mind more around late November. I actually prefer smaller gifts, just simple things that show people they care about you, only big stuff if its something I REALLY want badly. In my family, we don't have any set traditions, we try to do something new every year. And yes, I STRONGLY feel its overhyped. I don't think we should be preparing for it before Thanksgiving, in all honesty. Michael: I tend to let my parents do all the work. :D Host: That works the best! *** Host: There are a number of Season Long Reality Shows on air right now, 3 to be exact: The Bachelore, The Amazing Race, and Survivor: Thailand. Of these 3, which is your favorite? What do you suspect will happen on the ones of these you watch? Michael: Survivor Thialand is the only one I watch semi-regularly. I occasionally turn to TAR3, and I cannot stand the Bachelor. Host: The Bachelore I read about, and it sounds kinda funny actually. However, I'm an TAR3 addict! So I don't watch it. Survivor, I like to watch the tribal councils, but thats it. *** Host: What do you plan doing on Halloween Night? Michael: I plan on just sitting home and giving out candy to the little ones. Host: I would do that, expcept there are practically no kids in my area. Instead, I'm going to try and see "The Ring" halloween night. Michael: I heard that was scarier than, like, all horror movies combined. Bettina: I went to a concert! Host: Cool! *** Michael: I'd like to go see 'Signs', haven't gotten to yet. I heard it was funnier than it was scary. Host: Oh, I saw signs! And I actually liked it a lot (It is scary, but also quite funny!) The thing is, the plot of the movie isn't aliens attacking earth with crop circles, but rather the family surviving such a time. I'd reccommend anyone seeing it. * *** * After dinner, all the contestants went off to bed, for a good nights sleep they would need for tomorrow! * The next day, the contestants walked into the Leanin Tree Museum, and arrived at the Native American Exhibit. Cat Spasms sat there waiting. "Hello there, how is everyone?" "Good." Bettina smiled. "Well, you may notice where we are is the Native American Exhibit at the Leanin Tree Museum. The Native Americans had to abide by their resources, eating many different kinds of food given by nature. And one of those meats is deer." * Shannan: "When he said that, I knew I was in trouble. I'm a vegatarian, I don't eat any red meat. And deer is on my list, strongly." * "Sure, Bambi syndrome gets in the way," Cat stated, "But we figured we'd take it to the next level." Cat Spasms then took out a platter, and lifted off the top to reveal a cook deer's head. "WHAT!" Shannan screamed. "THIS IS A DEER'S HEAD. WE HAVE DRILLED A HOLE INTO IT SO YOU CAN ACCESS THE BRAINS. YOU MUST REACH INTO THE DEER, PULL OUT ALL THE BRAINS, AND THEN EAT THEM IN 3 MINUTES. IF YOU DO THIS, YOU EARN 50 POINTS. OTHERWISE, YOU ARE ELIMINATED!" Shannan turned around and looked away. "Shannan, is something wrong?" Cat asked. "YES! THIS IS DISGUSTING AND MORALLY WRONG!" Shannan screamed. "So, I gather you're not going to do the stunt?" "No." Shannan stated. "Alright, thats down to 3 of you." Cat said, "Michael, you're first." Shannan left the room. * Shannan: "I couldn't watch that! I don't believe anyone could be cruel enough to kill a deer, let alone drill a hole in its head." * Michael reached into the deer, and grabbed a handful of brains. "Seems tasty, huh?" Cat stated. "Right..." "You have 3 minutes, starting now." Michael began to try and eat the deer brains. "Now remember, you must eat the entire brain during this time." "If he doesn't do it, then I'm not doing it." Josh stated. "Then I'm not doing it." Bettina laughed. "So, Michael, it all hinges on you." Cat said. Michael reached in, and scooped out some more brains. * Michael: "It took time, really. I don't think it was fair to give only 3 minutes. I was barfing, trying to keep it all down." * Michael took his 3rd handful, and shoved it in his mouth. "BAMBI!" Bettina yelled. Josh laughed. "30 SECONDS!" Bettina started whispering in Michael's ear. "Bambi, Bamib, Bambi." "QUIT IT!" Michael yelled, taking his 4th handful. "10....9....8....7.....6.....5....4...." Michael scooped out the last bits of the brains. "3.....2.....1.....TIMES UP!" Michael spat out the remaining brains. "Well, Michael, you didn't complete the task." "I tried." Michael sighed. * Michael: "I think I could have done it if there was no 'Bambi' and I'd tried harder." * "So, Bettina and Josh, you are SURE you still don't want to do it." "Its if he doesn't do it," Bettina said, "Because Josh has no points, and I have 25." "I'm not." Josh said. "Then I'm not." Bettina stated. "Then the task is over!" Cat exclaimed, "No points earned today. Here is how the scores currently stand: 1. Michael: 50 points. 2. Bettina: 25 points. 3. Shannan: 10 points. 4. Josh: 0 points. But that can change with our final stunt, tomorrow!" Cat stated, "I'll see you then!" "We should rent a movie tonight as a group," Josh said, "Perhaps....Bambi?" "I meant it when I said quit it!" Michael laughed. * It was the last of stunts in Boulder. The Contestants were taken to the Mile High Gliding Inc. in Boulder. Here, Cat Spasms greeted them. "Well, you stormed the Colorado's rapids, almost digested deer brains, or at least one of you, and now, you have your FINAL stunt in Boulder. After this, one of you will be sent home. BUT, for this stunt, we have a little twist. I would like all of you to choose a partner." Bettina partnered up with Josh, as Michael did with Shannan. "You will be working together to earn points for this stunt! Are you ready to see what it is?" "YEAH!" Michael said. A jet flew overhead, towing a glider up into the air. "Wow!" Shannan exclaimed. "YOU WILL BE TOWED BY THAT JET UP TO 7,000 FEET ABOVE THE GROUND. THE TWO OF YOU WILL BE IN GLIDERS WITH CAMERAS, ALL SET TO HAVE THE SAME TIME. AS SOON AS THIS IS DONE, ONE OF YOU WILL HAVE TO STEER THE GLIDER OVER THAT TARGET IN THAT FIELD. THE OTHER WILL THEN, ONCE POSITIONED, SKYDIVE DOWN TO THE TARGET, WITH THE HELP OF AN INSTRUCTER (TANDUM SKYDIVING). DO NOTE THAT THIS MEANS THERE ARE 3 OF YOU ON THE GLIDER, SO IT WILL BE A TIGHT SPACE, AND YOU WILL NOT HAVE MUCH TIME. IF YOU PASS 6,000 FEET, YOU WILL BE FORCED TO SKYDIVE. THE RING YOU LAND IN FROM THE TARGET WILL SAY HOW MANY POINTS YOU EARN." "Now, Michael and Shannan, you're up first." "I'll do the skydiving!" Shannan said. "Thats fine by me," Michael said, "Just I hope I don't crash the glider." "If you do," and instructer stated, "There won't be much damage. And there isn't anything to hit." "Okay then," Michael said, "Lets get to it!" * Michael and Shannan got in the glider along with an instructer. "So the roof will pop open, and then close once we're out." the instructer stated, "So Michael, tighten your seatbelt." * "So, how nervous are you about this stunt?" Cat asked Bettina and Josh. "VERY!" Josh said, "I don't know about flying a plane." "I'll do that then," Bettina said, "I don't like the sound of skydiving much anyways!" * Michael and Shannan were towed up to 7,000 feet. "Alright, ready?" the pilot said over the radio. "WE ARE READY!" Michael stated. The glider detached from the jet, and the roof lifted up. "Alright, steer it, hurry." The alititude was at 6,300. "I think I've got it!" Michael said. "Lets go!" the instructer said. Shannan and the instructer jumped out of the glider. "OH MY GOD!!!!" Shannan screamed!" The roof to the glider closed. * "Look at them go," Cat spasms said, as Shannan and the instructer plummetted towards the ground. The parachute opened, and Bettina let out a sigh of relief. After a few minutes, Shannan landed on the ring marked '10'. "WOOO HOOO!" she exclaimed, "THAT ROCKED!" * Shannan: "I've never had more fun in my life!" * "Well, Shannan, you now have 20 points. Josh, you and Bettina must earn 20 to stay in the game! Are you ready?" "I guess..." Josh said. * Josh: "I wasn't too keen on doing this stunt." * Josh and Bettina went up in the glider. Shannan watched from the ground. "Alright, this is it! Its either you or Josh! Are you nervous?" "My heart is POUNDING!" Shannan said. * The glider detached. "Alright," Bettina said, "I'm steering it." * Bettina: "I wasn't exactly sure where the target was, and we were at 6,100 feet, so I just let Josh out." * "Your sure this is it?" Josh asked Bettina. Bettina looked at the altimeter. "We're at 6,000. You have to." Josh and the instructer jumped out. * Shannan stared, as Josh landed. "Where did he land?" she asked nervously. Over the walkie talkie, the news came: "Josh landed outside of all the rings, therefore earning 0 points." * "Well, I'm sorry Josh." Cat said, "But we have to send you packing." "I know," Josh said. "HOWEVER, there is still one more vote on...so you have a shot!" "Yeah, I guess!" Josh said. "Good luck to you!" Cat Spasms said. Josh picked up his bags, and got in the car. "Bye guys," he waved. "Bye!" Shannan, Bettina, and Michael called after. The car drove off, leaving the four standing at the airstrip. * "Well," Cat Spasms said, "We are now down to 3, and soon, that number will be 2. And finally one. But first, its on to a new city, with 3 new tasks, the points cleared, and ANYTHING can happen!" * Next Time on Fantasy Fear Factor: *The contestants pay a special visit to Canada, for their next destination. *A stunt traps contestants in an elevator crash. *And the 4th contestant is eliminated from Fantasy Fear Factor! |
