To adopt a bird,there are adoption fees,and a form to make out,will need two personal references, name ,phone,and address.Vets name ,phone,address.if not given we can not accept your application.Also must have
proper cage ,toys, food, and
know how to care for a bird.
To donate a bird ,you can email or call us.we will need this info on the bird,type of bird,age,sex,(also a form to be made out)
We also take in donations by check or money orders made out to ,Dr.steve winton,(vet)
petware house,or upco
things we need,
parrot pellets,cockatiel food,
nutri-berries,avi cakes,etc.
toys (all sizes)perches, rope toys,playgyms,feeder dishes,
phone cards.
