A fanlisting is a gathering of names who are fans of a particular subject; this particular fanlisting was created for Pokémon #227, more commonly known as Eaamudo (Airmud) in Japanese and Skarmory in English.
Skarmory is a very popular choice in competitive gameplay for its ability as a physical wall, a pseudo-hazer, and a spiker. I myself like it because it respresents my two favorite types in the games (Steel and Flying) and, simply put, it's a huge metal bird (as a bird lover and a mecha-head, Skarm's my dream come true).
In the games, a TM is an item that can teach a Pokémon a certain move. TM 47 contains the move "Steel Wing", which Skarmory learns naturally and is the only Pokémon that can do so. Therefore, it's safe to say that Steel Wing is Skarmory's signature move.
