During the day she is her usual busy self, thank goodness it is minus the usual jumping and climbing. I swear people who don't really know for sure that she had open heart surgery think I am full of it. ha ha ha. She is just as bubbly, charming and outgoing as before.

Sara is quite willing to share the "big ouch" with familiar people who want to see it.
