Our agency is GWCA. We have asked for a girl age 12-18 months. We started the process on August 3, 1999, and our dossier was logged in on February 16, 2000. This is our first international adoption, and we have requested a girl so Mikaela will have the sister that she's been desperately wanting. We're so anxious for our new daughter to join our family, and we're hoping the time will fly by quickly.
